I have been trying to get really important medication since Thursday that is covered by my insurance the individuals in the pharmacy have done nothing but complicate the process. I have called today 3 times and have been hung up on. was refused names of pharmacy techs and have been given the worst customer service ever. I am no one to complain as I too work in the customer service industry but the attitude of those individual is horrible. I had to give 1 star to post this when I really would like to give negative

My friend has been struggling to pickup a prescription from this pharmacy for the past few days. She has called and been hung up on several times. I told her I would try to help and when I called to see who was working the lady that answered refused to give her name and passed me off to the pharmacist who also refused to give her name. Customer service is TERRIBLE.

Good people, your luck at other branches might not be that good but with branch, it’s always better. Rai and Steve at pharmacy are super friendly and helpful to customers.

Hire new management. The one on site is horrible. Placed an order for pictures with noon pickup time. I got there and was told my pictures would take another 30 minutes and waited the extra 30 min only to be told that my picture can't be printed because their system is down.

Store is struggling and often out of products. Staff are terrific. They should be supported as it is one of few places jn neighborhood for household products and food. Pharmacy really struggling with staffing.

Huge attitude problem. I visited this location in person and the employee lied about being able to make an appointment in-person. He said "it's done through a third party".

If I could I would give O stars for pharmacy. Absolutely worse service worse everything. Never have medicine available. They send text stating prescription is ready for pick up. I get there not even ready. Good luck trying to talk to someone over the phone. They never answer the phones. They always have attitudes back there. Except for the younger lady with black hair. I will no longer be using this location as my primary pharmacy.

This pharmacy is the worst. Avoid this place like the plague and go literally anywhere else! Their automated phone number is not accurate and if you can get someone on the phone they are rude and actually hung up on me when I asked why my prescriptions weren't ready after more than a week. The worst.

Wow. There is one person working here. 20 people in line. Cut to me standing at the photo counter waiting to pick up my order. It's not the single employees' fault that they're too greedy to staff this appropriately. I'll do what everyone else does and order online from now on.

I’m not usually one to give bad reviews, however, I have now been trying to get my prescription since Saturday. It was finally filled yesterday (Wednesday) and when I went to pick it up, the line was SO long and after waiting over 30 mins, they closed for lunch (understandable) however they could have notified the people in line or even cut-off those joining the line so we didn’t wait for nothing. The gentlemen working was SO rude to everyone even before closing for lunch. I wasted my entire lunch break and didn’t even get my prescription. I went in today and they randomly closed at 3 due to staffing. No notification so I could have planned accordingly. I am now completely out of very necessary medication and have no idea when I will actually be able to get it.Also, to the manager that was getting yelled at from an angry customer and your response was that you’re not happy either because you have to deal with customers yelling at you daily—there are things things that could be done to prevent angry reactions. We understand that our prescription can’t be given when a pharmacist isn’t there, BUT a notification could have easily been sent out saying you’re closing at 3 today. And as for yesterday, when lunch was more important than filling prescriptions… I missed my lunch entirely due to that wait and having no regard for MY and others time is really frustrating.

Avoid this location! The pharmacy is a disaster at almost everything, from filling prescriptions to maintaining normal business hours. Good luck calling or communicating with an actual person, too. I switched my meds to a different location altogether after driving over to find it closed...on like a Friday? Avoid this location...it's also sketchy and unsafe #get-together

HORRIBLE customer service. I asked what time the pharmacy was open only to be blatantly ignored by a worker who refused to answer me. Then I get a snarky answer “I don’t know when it opens but it’s not open right now”. Website says 9am which I was there at 9, they’ve been withholding my medicine from me which I need daily. If I could give 0 stars I would. To each worker that I spoke to in there, I hope you all learn to fix yourself because you all suck. Enjoy your life working at Walgreens!

Kicked me out of the pharmacy and said I had to go through the drive thru because one of the medications I got was use to treat covid……turns out the medication like a lot of medications is used to treat things that are not contagious like bronchitis which is what I had. So when I told the lady at the outside window why I had been kicked out she said because one of my meds were used for covid and asked to see my paperwork. When I gave her the paperwork she took twenty minutes to come back. Covid is bad, so are assumptions.
