their pharmacy is always a mess. picked up a prescription today that was supposed to contain 27 pills. i go to take my daily dose later and find there is only 9 in the bottle. had to drive 25 minutes back again later because they can’t seem to read a quantity label. i’m a qualified medication aide and even i know better. they also randomly deleted my insurance in their system and somehow cannot figure out how to get it back. go literally anywhere else and you’ll have a better experience (except the 2000 e colfax walgreens! you’ll thank me later :))

Their parking lot is destroyed, bricks and debris are scattered everywhere. The front door area has become a makeshift shelter for homeless people who go inside and steal bundles worth of products. That's probably why half of their shelves are empty. There's no security around, only an empty cop car that sits on their lot like a crappy scarecrow.

Shelves are completely empty, don’t waste your gas, time or energy. Let them just shut down, the fact they’re even open is ridiculous. Rarely a shelf with even 1 item on it!!

Waited 3hrs to be told my photos can’t be framed. Very unprofessional and inexcusable. Plenty of other Walgreens you can be going to.

Horrible customer service.
I showed up twice to pick up my prescription before closing hours, the first time they said it was too late, the second time they said they couldn’t find my prescription and when they found it, they told me they couldn’t give to me because they didn’t have the time (6 minutes prior closing).
Unbelievable. I hope to never stood foot in this pharmacy again.

They just don’t care. Product is out of stock often, the pharmacist is off duty during completely irregular hours, and the customer service is nonexistent. They’ve given up on trying and it’s time to go somewhere else.

Horrible service. Rude and uncaring associates.... Poor quality of cleanliness and inventory so low that I thought the store was going out of business. I only visit Walgreens when I absolutely must!

Really excellent pharmacy. I asked for and got a same-day appointment for newest COVID vaccine, pharmacy was busy but the vaccine appointment was on time and extremely efficient.

This place is an absolute joke. I usually never give bad reviews; I like to stay on the positive side, but this pharmacy is terrible. Their employees have no idea what they are doing, and their system is horrible. Seriously, go elsewhere, even if it costs more.

It seems this pharmacy is illegally charging for meds. Half the time they say that my insurance didn’t cover my medication when they never even tried to run it through. And if it is covered they still charge usually about 10 dollars but when I get my insurance statement it says it paid 100 percent of my medication and I shouldn’t owe anything?
