Its frustrating that if you come in anytime after 10pm they turn into detectives and have 20 questions for you as soon as you walk in the door because you brought a shopping bag with you. This place should just close at night if they’re gonna treat anyone who comes in late like they’re a criminal immediately.

Trying to get a hold of the pharmacy for an hour I been on hold they never get my prescriptions ready on time I need my medicine it's literally life saving medication and they don't even care they are always rude and unprofessional every time I go in or call the pharmacy I need my medicine for my stomach bacterial infection which can lead to sepsis I'm in fear of losing my life and they can't even answer the phone or call me to tell me about my medication I'm so fed up with Walgreens pharmacy I suggest you go to King Soopers pharmacy it is amazing there they get your prescriptions ready in 15 minutes every time King Soopers belcaro God bless have a good day.... PLEASE DONT GO TO THIS PHARMACY AT WALGREENS

Dropped by this location at 2am and was greeted warmly by Mauricio and Mark! After a late night at the ER, we were pretty tired and Mark helped us find what we were looking. Appreciate y'all's help, humor, and great attitude!

Horrible if I could give a zero star I would. This place was small, messy, they didn’t have what a lot of what I needed and they were expensive! Do not recommend this store at all! Paid at least $10 more than Walmart for what I needed. Ridiculous!!! Highly pissed off. I’m on disability and ssi I can’t afford to spend that kind of money. I’ll be shopping at Walmart from now or another pharmacy store or even Amazon. If you want beauty product this is a great store for that but this is a pharmacy store you should have what ppl need and not at an outrageous price. Such bs!

The first time ever that a customer service staff member simply ignored me while attempting to ask for help. I stood in her vision waiting for her to acknowledge me and she just chose to blatantly ignore me.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this Walgreens pharmacy. I called three times, and each time I was put on hold for an unreasonable amount of time before being disconnected. The first time, I waited 12 minutes only to be hung up on. I called back, and after 9 minutes, it happened again. On my third attempt, I waited for 16 minutes, only to get a message saying, "We're experiencing difficulties, call back later." This is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of respect for customers’ time. Walgreens needs to seriously improve their phone support—no one should have to go through this just to reach the pharmacy.

Sadly this establishment is growing worse by the few visits I've made here. The employees working in particularly that are sad, such as the lady who finds the need to tell you what to wear upon entering but can't state her name when asked. She wears a dirty mask along with dusty clothes with no visible uniform. She hid her badge in fear of being identified when asked her name she ran off. The homeless looking lady is all I can identify her as, watch out hah.

Tonight, around 11:20 PM, I entered the Walgreens on Colorado Boulevard to purchase toilet paper and bleach. After mistakenly using the wrong door, I immediately apologized. However, before I could proceed past the counter, a blonde-haired woman informed me that I wouldn't be allowed to shop, responding to my inquiry for a reason with a dismissive 'you know why.' Despite my repeated attempts to understand the rationale behind her decision and my insistence that I had done nothing wrong, she insisted I leave, eventually threatening to call 911 and ordering me out of the store. I plan to contact the corporate office to report this incident, as I believe the treatment I received was unjustified and I was simply trying to make a purchase. This experience was embarrassing and shocking, especially given my frequent patronage of this store. The woman's behavior was unacceptable, and I question whether this is the standard of customer service at Walgreens.

You should be ashamed of yourselves for how poorly you treat customers. On hold for an hour and a half with the pharmacy and NO ONE EVER ANSWERED!!! You’re dealing with people’s lives and you don’t have basic human compassion. Despicable behavior. One of the many reasons why healthcare in the USA is so corrupt and flawed
