Pharmacy is a nightmare

I’ve been InstaCarting for over a year, and have seen many, many Walgreens, northern Colorado…The staff here are straight up amazing, and keep up with all the nonsense that is thrown at them. (I wish Mary was my grandma, if you meet her, you’ll know)On top of it all:It’s one of the last 24 hour places, that you can trust in general, and in specific.

Went inside and a lady demanded to speak to the manager. She said that she was waiting in the car line when the pharmacy workers clocked out for work. She said the pharmacy workers looked at her multiple times but bud refused to help her. I would be pissed too.And then I needed an item that was locked behind a security window. I pressed the button. 3 mins later, the asian manager comes by and says I have to wait for him to find the keys. 10 mins later, nothing. So I went up to him at the counter. He was busy flirting with the cashier. I asked him the status, and he said that he is still looking for the keys. Then he starts to pretend to look around the counter for the keys like he was looking for the keys all along. I wait another 5 minutes in the isle. I started walking away and start seeing the manager walk past my isle. I confronted him and he said that he was looking for me the whole time and that he is still looking for the keys. I left. This manager is lazy and is unprofessional. He needs to be fired.

Walgreens is a great alternative to the big box store if you want to get in and out pretty quick being t's not so big & crowded! However, you will pay a little more for the basic items, but it's definitely more convenient and personable!

Missing very basic items, and not like there’s the spot on the shelf and they are just out, they don’t even carry them. Both our party & an elderly lady walked out at the same time for this reason.

Pharmacy manager is terrible!

I got harassed, and followed around the store by Todd because I am of Jewish decent and I had a reusable grocery bag. Equating it to a backpack? I felt extremely uncomfortable as I was being followed by Todd and if I didn't need the items (severe acid reflux) I would not have purchased them on the basis of his actions. He treated me poorly because I look poor, or some other factor. Todd kept saying store policy? No bags, as if I was hiding items in a purse or backpack instead of a large reusable bag. Plastic grocery bags cost extra and are being discouraged, so using reusable bag are normal behavior; being followed for using a reusable bag is not normal, and likely rooted in discrimination. I called to leave a message for the manager and Todd answered. Completely unacceptable under any condition no matter what time of the day, religion, race or perceived wealth. Legal action may be needed based on the scope of the issue and additional reviews.

Terrible, incompetent, unprofessional, pharmacy... My girlfriend made an appointment for some vaccines. She gets there and is denied the vaccines. She doesn't drive and had to waste money on an Uber for nothing. We don't make that much money and this put a strain unnecessarily on our finances. Good luck with keeping customers and lawsuits that may be coming your way... not for this, but all incompetence that you call professionalism. Walgreens will be bankrupt in the next 5 years. If I were any customers still giving Walgreens your business, it would be in your best interest to leave.

I have shopped here every month for years. This morning I went the cashier said miss you can't bring your bag in. I said this is my purse. He replied it's a bag you will have to leave it by the front door. I said I'm not leaving my purse there I left

This Walgreens pharmacy is filled with immature and unprofessional pharmacy workers. I asked for COVID tests with my insurance and the man said “ew, gross, we don’t do that anymore”. He was dismissive and demeaning. He told me no one does it anymore (despite many insurances still covering them)I asked to speak to someone higher up, because they confirmed “he is just some guy who works here and doesn’t have authority” and he was refusing to even look in the system.the next person they had speak to me was an older woman who1. Told me she couldn’t look up my insurance because I didn’t have the correct card and then changed her mind and2. Then PRETENDED to look up my insurance and then tell me to order them from the government.I don’t really ever have good experiences with Walgreens, but this one takes the cake. I would love to lodge a formal complaint- you don’t say “gross disgusting” when someone asks for medications or COVID tests. It also killed me that none of them were wearing masks, yet wanted to call me gross (double masking) for seeking Covid tests.I went to a different Walgreens to fill my Covid medications because clearly this bunch can’t handle being professional or doing their jobs.Shame on every person who was working 11/27 in the afternoon.

Update 11/2023:I thought this Pharmacy couldn't get any worse but I was wrong they are worse. It turns out that they're closing their drive through after 6 o'clock. Then they get upset that they have a line inside. One staff member rolled her eyes because i asked for help. If I could give them 0 stars I would. TRASH 100%.‐‐-----------------This is my closest pharmacy or I would go anywhere else. They are always short staffed, and when I call to get my prescriptions filled there is always a wait of 30-60 minutes (image below). So go in person to get a refill. They can't ignore you if you are there.

Many customers report this location has converted into a drive-up only, and the store is no longer open to the public. A few say many, many motorists are waiting on the drive-up line. The Walgreen's site says all is well, with no word of this. Maybe it's just temporary. But their opacity is not a good look.
