The Pharmacy is terrible. They always have an issue which requires me to call. Then, they don’t pick up their phone. Walgreens is an absolute joke.

Believe the reviews. ALL the pharmacy staff here are very unpleasant and so rude. No “hello, how are you?” Or “hi, can I help you?” Just “last name” and do not even look at you. I have never seen a smile come from any of these employees and not an ounce of kindness or respect.
Also, will tell you “20 minutes” and then not take care of it for 2 hours when you’re sitting there waiting, mind you, 4 people are working and doing side work. Customers come last here. I’ve sat in the drive thru and watched them just sit and talk, do side work. One person can help the customers. Other pharmacies have less people working and still have better service and get things done.
I will NEVER come here again.

Either woefully understaffed or just obliviously rude. For twenty minutes I stood second in line behind a woman who also had apparently been ignored for some time before I'd arrived. There were two or three staff milling around behind glass the whole time, but apparently the courtesy of a greeting or a "someone will be there to help you shortly" was not part of their job responsibilities. Perhaps I could've waited longer, but as I was there for blood pressure medication, I thought it better to leave before an artery burst.

Ordered custom address labels to be printed here with pickup 48 hours out. It wasn't until 2 hours after they were supposed to be ready that we got a call that the store's printer was broken. We needed these labels on a tight deadline, and this messed everything up. Terrible customer service and lack of proactive employees

This pharmacy has very poor service. Refill prescriptions are often delayed, staff are rude. Multiple times I called to talk to the pharmacy, am on hold for 20 min, I can hear their phone ring for 30 sec, then they hang up on my call. You have to actually walk in in person to talk to them. Have also had other issues with them.

I made an appointment for a vaccine first thing in the morning and waited for 30 minutes. Not sure what the point of the appointment was if no one was going to see me. Customer service tip— if you’re having an issue, try communicating about it rather than just leaving people waiting forever.

There are no words for how horrific this pharmacy is. The staff is incredibly rude and they can never fill prescriptions the first time (they require them to be sent over phone because they claim to never receive the prescriptions over email). I have absolutely had it with the ineptness and attitude from the male who works at the pharmacy. I would never recommend you use this pharmacy unless you want to continue calling your providers to resend prescriptions. They always make it your fault and 100 times more difficult than it needs to be. DO NOT GO HERE.

I had an appointment for vaccines at 5:30. It took AN HOUR to be seen because they kept “losing my file” I don’t understand why you have appointments if you aren’t going to follow the time. It was absolutely ridiculous. Never go here.

I hate to come here just to post a single negative review, but I'm a little shocked at the level of service regarding the photo center. I ordered Christmas cards online this last weekend and chose this Evans street location because it was listed as available for same-day pickup and provided an estimated time to pick my order up. I received an order confirmation email and could see the order status in my profile online. I never received an email that day to pick my items up, so I checked again the next day and the status still said "Creating your order." I checked again today and the status hadn't changed, so I called the store to see if they had an idea when my order would be ready. The person who answered simply said the printer was broken and I should transfer the order to another store, and that I could do that online. First of all, who was going to tell me that my order was never going to be processed? If I kept waiting, would days have passed and the order was just never going to get printed and no one was going to tell me or cancel the order so I could go elsewhere? The order was for same-day pickup, so shouldn't the store expect to contact me to tell me that the order couldn't go through? I can't believe that. Additionally, there is no way to "transfer the order to another store" through your account online, so that was also inaccurate information he provided. I understand this is just Christmas cards, but seriously? This is a nationwide store, and you don't have protocol for things like this? Especially for an in-demand item during a busy time of year? I was trying to get my cards sent before Thanksgiving which is why I ordered same-day picked the weekend prior. Just overall poor customer experience.

This is the worst Walgreens pharmacy in Denver. They are rude, they are lazy, you can schedule pick ups or Vaccines and they’re never on time and they’ll completely ignore you while you wait.
