The guy who seemed to be the manager sucked. Just asked a simple question and with his sigh and attitude and sending me away made me not even bother to buy anything. The rest of the staff were definitely helpful 👌🏻

regularly late with prescriptions. most recently I dropped off a prescription in the morning, & they said it would be ready in a few hours - which seems pretty long to me, but ok, so I gave it more than a day… Then I showed up and it wasn’t ready. Not apologetic in the slightest, just claiming they have a “high volume.” which isn’t true because the only reason I went to this Walgreens is that it’s usually empty - and deservedly so.

Went in on break to Walgreens, had 10 mins to get back to work knowing the perfume I wanted was lock so I immediately ask the cashier to unlock the perfume so I can purchase it she look at me saying we don’t have the key can you hold on I waited 10 mins and just walked out it was 8:30 pm her customer service was horrible.

Would give less stars if possible. Ordered photos to be printed online. Tried to call the store multiple times to see if they were ready - no answer. Went to the store, no one could find the order. Come to find out, they can’t print what I ordered and NO ONE contacted me to let me know. They then decide to print what they can, horrible quality. Spent $25 for literally nothing, never print with Walgreens.

Arrived at 9:45p to use their ATM. Walked up as the lady was locking the doors. Fine, I get it, security and encourage people to move out.
I explained to the lady that I just needed to use the ATM and make a quick purchase. I would be out within a minute. Their actual posted closing time is 10pm. Come on, Walgreens, be better.

I just want to say that this Walgreens has the worst service possible not only are the store staff lazy and incompetent but the pharmacy staff is 10x’s worse. Had called in a prescription 5 days prior got the call that it was ready show up to pick it up to be told it has t been filled that it would be ready in 1 1/2 hours. Why call customers if nothing is done. Such a waste of my time not to mention sat by the window for over 5 minutes before someone pleased me with their presence. 😡

We were here visiting out of state and our son got an ear infection, the pharmacy was very helpful and made sure we got some medecine right away.
