Horrible pharmacy. Workers are slow and won't start refilling process until you will slam them with requests that your medication was indeed sent there and you need a refill. They are also rude and unprofessional. This has to be the worst Walgreens I ever used. 0/10 Don't use unless you get paid for it lol even then don't use!!!

Unlike most of the reviews - I found the staff to be friendly and helpful and had no issues filling emergency prescriptions here. They even had the Covid medication, Paxlovid, in stock and waiting for pick up at the drive through by my sister-in-law for me. The shelves are a bit bare but, as I've noticed this at many retail stores lately, this is not abnorrmal in our current economy and I have a feeling it's going to just continue to get worse so we may as well get used to it!

Echoing all of the other very bad reviews specific to the pharmacy at this Walgreens location. I would like to call out the fact that my interactions have always been friendly and relatively kind (customer-service wise) but that only goes so far when a pharmacy truly and literally CANNOT FILL A SIMPLY PRESCRIPTION. The time I’ve wasted on the phone and in-person at this location is laughable - I really don’t know if it’s a Walgreens issue, or staff at this location or what, but do not go here if you have a medication that you need (generally the reason someone might visit a pharmacy, ya know?) 🙄🙄🙄

Walgreens corporate just shut this store down. It is terrible. They never answer the phone at the pharmacy, even if you drive there on hold to find nobody being served and stuff just chilling behind the counter. The store is nasty on the outside. Tear it down. The hampden and Colorado blvd locations are okay but also bad service. Hire more pharmacists and techs. Make service a priority. Till then Cuban is going to eat your lunch. Get back to being a local pharmacy with a doctor the community knows and trusts to serve them.

Drive through is closed half to a quarter of the time but you won’t know that until you pull up to see the small handwritten note taped to the window. Sometimes the note is behind an ad sign so can’t even see it.
Requested pharmacy delivery to my home and they never came then cancelled the delivery but still charged for the delivery service charge even though I had to drive to the pharmacy to get it myself.

I wanted to move my prescriptions to where I work, they filled them instead, so my insurance wouldn't allow the transfer. Prior to my request to transfer these their service sucked!

The managers there are horrible. Every week I go in there and they can’t do something new. It’s very inconvenient. I don’t know how this place is open. I will never go there again

Wow. I've never met a more incompetent, uncaring and time wasting pharmacy. DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT come here. Wasted several hours of my time because of the shenanigans pulled by the incompetent staff

If I could give zero stars I would. This pharmacy is terrible. The customer service, if you’d would call it that is the worst I’ve experienced. I’m not one to place negative reviews but EVERY time I have to refill a prescription, or pick up, the staff is rude and unhelpful.
If you don’t like helping people, don’t work in a pharmacy.
