I have never written a review before, but my experience at this pharmacy was unbelievable. The employees at this location need training in customer service and people skills. The pharmacy made a mistake and gave me the wrong prescription. In an effort to simply get my correct prescription, I had to come to the store four different times and speak with three different employees. None of the people I spoke with ever apologized for the mistake or owned the issue. I received blank stares, no smiles, and no empathy for the issue. No compensation or solution was offered other than I had to pay full price for my correct prescription after already paying for an incorrect prescription that I cannot use and do not need. If someone is seriously sick and in need of medication, this could have been a huge, life threatening issue for the amount of time and effort that it has taken me to simply get the correct prescription.

Called in advance to get a passport photo and was told to come in anytime. When I arrive no one was trained on how to do it. Very unprofessional. Recommend choosing a different location.

The worst pharmacy experience! Poorest Customer Service! I understand why this Walgreens has 1.6 ⭐️ I wish I didn’t have to give this pharmacy any stars. Never returning First and Last Visit!!!!!!! Training Opportunity in Customer Service. Have Corporate Mystery Shop them .

I am only giving 1 star because I don't have the option to give zero. My prescription is NEVER ready and the staff is nice but incompetent. Find yourself somewhere else to go.

This is the first review I’ve ever written because I really can’t imagine how this pharmacy could possibly get any worse. I think they’ve lost touch with what they’re supposed to be doing here - providing healthcare to people who need it. The staff was so rude to my partner who was ill and just trying to get her antibiotics. They flat out refused to fill it and after an entire day of going back and forth literally gave her the WRONG medication. Do not go here.

Their pharmacy is 1) never working or 2) never answering their phones. As someone in healthcare it's horrible to know this is how patients are treated.

This is the most incompetent pharmacy I've ever had to deal with. Walgreens used to be a great company and now they screw up everything. I even had a person from my insurance company call to find out what happened to my prescriptions that were being transferred from the hospital I had just been released from and they were told they had nothing for me. Yet they were able to look up all my info so they obviously dropped the ball somewhere. Now they say my prescriptions are still in progress but you can't talk to anyone. There's always two callers ahead of you. They made me so mad last night I actually went into the store and they said they knew nothing. I need my rescue inhaler because I have Influenza A. And they are too incompetent to even answer the phone. Never ever ever again will I use them for a pharmacy. And I'll tell everyone how they can't do anything to help you and not to use them if at all possible. I could lay here and die and all because they can't slap a sticker on an inhaler and let me come pick it up. Stupid people who have no idea what they're doing. It should just be shut down. Little kids could run this pharmacy better and I certainly would trust them 100% more to tell the truth. I just waited over and hour on hold and they just hung up on me. I hate this pharmacy. They should all be fired.

Do not get your prescriptions filled here! They do not pick up their phone or call you back. I had to have my doctor send my prescriptions to another pharmacy due to how slow they are.

The employee Kyle should profile black people in the store in line just waiting to add funds to his card, I watched him come in the store and he starred at me until I looked at him then his eyes quickly darted away. We should employee people like this and he needs to be spoken to regarding this its 2023 this needs to stop.

My review is about the Pharmacy in particular. The pharmacy staff are friendly and knowledgeable despite the stressful working conditions. The pharmacist listens to customer concerns and is very invested in ensuring customers are delivered their medications as soon as possible and is articulate in his ability handle customer concerns and obtuse circumstances. The pharmacy techs deliver first rate customer service even while being berated by customers with an aberrant and obese sense of entitlement. I hope Walgreens compensates these staff adequately for the sheer enormity of the idiocy they deal with on a daily basis. Keep up the good work!

I don’t typically like to write bad reviews but I had to in this case. I am so frustrated! My toddler son and I arrived at this pharmacy 8 minutes before closing and they refused to refill his prescription. Stating that they don’t have enough time to refill his prescription. They said it will take 15 minutes to fill any prescription. How does it take 15 minutes for two grown adults to refill a prescription?! Maybe have some more compassion if you’re going to work in this field! Nobody wants to get medication last minute if they don’t need it badly. Also— if your hours state that you close at 6pm and if you stand by your “we need at least 15 minutes to refill a prescription” then have that written somewhere instead of turning people away last minute! Such a waste of time! The people here have absolutely no compassion or sympathy. If you need prescriptions filled, better hope you catch an illness during business hours only…sorry, I mean, 15 minutes before business hours are over.

My girlfriend called to have her prescription transferred and filled at this location because her other Walgreens location was temporarily closed due to staffing issues. The person she spoke with said they’d have it filled within 2 hours. She followed up via phone call 3 hours later and the woman she spoke to said it would be ready tomorrow. And my girlfriend asked why she was told it would be ready in 2 hours and the woman replied “ma’am, i don’t know, I’m in Orlando Florida”I’m sorry, WHAT! Insane. So my girlfriend hung up and called back. Spoke to another woman and asked about her script and they said it will be ready tomorrow. So my girlfriend asked them to be transferred to the pharmacist at the location and the operator asked what the reason was for? She was on speaker phone and in my head i was like, WHAT! Are you kidding me? It’s not of your business! Insane. My girlfriend finally got through to the pharmacist and they said it wasn’t in stock at the location and it will be ready tomorrow afternoon. Unreal. Never again. Awful experience. Walgreens has gone to sh!t. Poor service, unreliable information and staffing issues. Not acceptable. Shame on you Walgreens.

Long pharmacy lines and waits, unfriendly staff in pharmacy and store alike. This is the poorest Walgreens I've visited in the Denver metro area. They once told me to try coming back the next day when I'd been emailed that my online special orders had arrived but they couldn't find them. I visited this location monthly for three years and was present for six active robbery situations. Why risk this danger to visit such a lousy Walgreens location?Oh, and once I witnessed a pharmacist yell a waiting customer's name and announce, "Your testosterone is ready," in front of a crowd. When the person went to the counter, the pharmacist asked them if they take birth control pills. The customer was understandably mortified and answered, "No. You ask me that each month when I pick up this prescription, and it hurts me. Could you please not ask that anymore?" The pharmacist smirked and replied, "No! I'm the professional here, understand?"I reported that incident to corporate and never returned.

My visit to this Walgreens would have been infinitely better if the shorter man with the long black hair wasn't openly complaining to his coworker about how the location will be having an lgbt section soon for pride because "we shouldn't be promoting that to kids." Im a trans man that gets their medication from the pharmacy here and was in the store with my teenage son. Do better. You are the problem.
