I'm in excruciating pain from uti while trying to get antibiotics for weeks. Finally urology calls in prescription, I pay, pick up as paperwork has my info. Go home right away to take due to the pain. ...Come to find out after looking at bottle, that pharmacy gave me someone else's meds for a anti depression med that is from some Dr I never heard of, nor the patient name. ...I feel like I am gonna half to go back to ER, spend more time and money to relive discomfort and pain, then back to Walgreens to get my meds I desperately need and have been needing. ...talk about medical malpractice of the Pharmacy at Walgreens

i used to absolutely love this pharmacy due to their polite staff and convenient location but a male pharmacist has really rubbed me the wrong way today 3/13 around 12:30 pm. i suffer from intense chronic migraines and was just patronized for calling “4 business hours” after opening to check on a zolmitriptan script which is pain relief medication i desperately need. i know tons of people come into pharmacies being disrespectful or unruly, but being treated like an annoying idiot by a pharmacist when you’re being respectful and reasonable and just trying to seek prescribed pain relief is extremely dehumanizing. he also was very condescending when i tried to clarify if my doctor had reached out or not, something that is his profession and should be able to explain if the patient is confused about protocols. i hope this man was just having an off day, but we will be switching pharmacies after this fill.

This is a specialty pharmacy so unless you have specialty medication they can't service you.

They were able to transfer one of my daughter's medications here when our primary pharmacy was unable to fill it and they were able to fill it that same day. Super helpful in that moment and I appreciate their efforts. Staff was helpful and nice.

Yall this walgreens location is a BLESSING! I've been struggling with all the Walgreens in my area but this one right here, I will drive out of my way just to use this location. And they even answer their phones. The pharmacists are awesome. I feel like they actually care about their customers and their prescription needs. First ever experience was one of the staff members going above and beyond to get my inhaler. After that, I called this location my go to pharmacy.
