I've never had a bad experience here but the lady at the pharmacy window today came off extremely rude. Checks to see if what I need is in stock says it's not and won't be back until Monday and then tells me most insurance won't cover it so it's going to be $30. And? I'm not sure why she felt the need to tell me that.

The pharmacy staff was helpful and kind to me over the phone and my prescription was filled quickly! I actually switched over to this Walgreens to use regularly because it was such a pleasant experience. Shoutout to Amber for being so sweet! ❤️

My expectations for Walgreens is in check - if I can speak to a pharmacist after being on hold for 10 mins or less, I’m happy. This Walgreens however, has a completely different level of customer service.
Amber expedited my rx while having to order stock from an alternate manufacturer. She even called me personally to let me know that it was ready and all around provided top notch customer service. I appreciate you, Amber!

Waited at the counter to pick up photos for over 10 min. Meanwhile watching the employee cutting photos for another order for another customer whom I assume wasn’t there considering I was the only person there. Could have stopped what he was doing for 5 seconds to handed me the envelope. Weird priorities i guess. 🤷🏻♀️

I've been waiting two days for my prescriptions. They closed with no warning yesterday, I was told by there staff they would be open today at 9am now there's another sign saying closed today we'll be opened tomorrow!!!!!

Haven't had any issues here at all. Always get help with what I need whenever it's needed. Questions are answered, products are helped to be found, and online orders are always filled super fast for pickup! Megan in the pharmacy is a sweetheart! Derrick, Diana, Miranda, their beauty consultantand a few others are always a ginormous help whenever I have questions or need help!

The customer service is consistently bad. The staff is mostly unprofessional and rude, even if asked the most simple questions. The quality of the photo products is very poor, mainly due to a lack of technical expertise on the part of the staff. There are many Walgreens stores to choose from. I recommend avoiding this one.

Set an appointment for 5 pm and 5:15 pm and the first shot was not given until 5:40 pm. No expectations set when setting the appointment and then when we got there. Dismissive has staff that don’t understand the system. They asked the same questions multiple times as they changed people halfway through the process.Complained about the total number of hours worked. The pharmacist didn’t jump in and help until the person struggling has been working for twenty minutes on system issues figured it out.Wouldn’t give me the contact information for the district.

Chrissy (seriously the best) and her staff deserve every bit of praise. Every time I come in I feel like a valued customer. They are obviously hard workers, very attentive and excel in making sure their customers are well taken care of!

Megan the Pharmacy Manager helped me out immensely by filling out a small amount of medication for a emergency refill since I am vacationing. She even helped me cost wise by having my SimpleCare number added back to the system! I wish every Walgreens can have great customer service like Megan gave to me tonight!
