The customer service is consistently bad. The staff is mostly unprofessional and rude, even if asked the most simple questions. The quality of the photo products is very poor, mainly due to a lack of technical expertise on the part of the staff. There are many Walgreens stores to choose from. I recommend avoiding this one.

Set an appointment for 5 pm and 5:15 pm and the first shot was not given until 5:40 pm. No expectations set when setting the appointment and then when we got there. Dismissive has staff that don’t understand the system. They asked the same questions multiple times as they changed people halfway through the process.Complained about the total number of hours worked. The pharmacist didn’t jump in and help until the person struggling has been working for twenty minutes on system issues figured it out.Wouldn’t give me the contact information for the district.

Chrissy (seriously the best) and her staff deserve every bit of praise. Every time I come in I feel like a valued customer. They are obviously hard workers, very attentive and excel in making sure their customers are well taken care of!

Megan the Pharmacy Manager helped me out immensely by filling out a small amount of medication for a emergency refill since I am vacationing. She even helped me cost wise by having my SimpleCare number added back to the system! I wish every Walgreens can have great customer service like Megan gave to me tonight!

Pharmacy tech that works there was so incredibly rude and so unhelpful. Even hung up on me when I was still talking BTW when I was saying thank you even though he was so rude. Perhaps customer service training would be helpful here. People already feel bad why be rude.

Move your prescriptions from this Walgreens. They are terrible. There have been too many times when we call and they say have they the prescription. And then you show up and they suddenly don't have it. Just happened again today. Worst customer service.

A middling photo department; a little lackluster but very prompt. In my previous order, I received extra 4x6s that I did not order in addition to the 4x5.3s and 4x4s that I did. The extras did not have the cropping and contrast/color enhancements that I expected, but the 4x5.3s and 4x4s did and were passable-- not dazzling, not as good as online, but passable. These made a welcome gift. Take note though that Walgreens does not offer an option to redress issues with photo orders online, just in-store.

I'll never purchase another custom calendar from Walgreens again! Order was received where one of the items was binded upside down. I get that mistakes happen, but at the same time this is a Christmas gift & order was placed early. When issue was brought to the attention of the photo center manager (nate), he did almost everything to make it the customers problem. He first sent me to another store assuring me they could reprint it (they couldn't & wondered why they were recommended), then pushed off the problem of reordering & calling corporate for something i was not at fault for. After a lengthy conversation he finally agreed to reorder with a request for express re-ship & to refund me a portion of the sale. Guess what, the order took longer than the first shipment & I have yet to receive a refund. He wouldn't even provide me a receipt the day he said he did the refund claiming "his system didn't allow it". Nate is a liar & a poor representation of Walgreens, this 1 star is a reflection of him handling the situation poorly

Absolutely horrible pharmacy. I have to fight with them EVERY MONTH to get my prescriptions refilled. They have also mislabeled prescription bottles. I believe that the staff is well-meaning but their processes are incompetent at best.

This pharmacy was awful and lady working there treat us badly when we try to do the COVID test for my kid , I didn’t receive the test results even after 6th day and don’t know whether she sent the samples are not. Online it says 48 hours and she said that 3-5 days … it’s too bad experience and I did alternative and spent $150 do the PCR test and managed our international travel…I never go again this one for anything and first experience is very bad experience… walgreen should train their employees to treat customer politely and they have to provide the service at promised time limit

The only person in the Pharmacy with any service skills is Chrissy. I've waited in the drive-up 20 minutes only to go inside and 6 people are in front of me! Everyone is rude: acts as if they are doing you a favor. Again except Chrissy. I quit using Walgreens.

This Walgreens is awful! The lady at the pharmacy was an absolute horror to deal with. Never experienced so much attitude so early In the day. She gave me such a hard time when I asked her to check a good rx coupon and without even telling me it didn’t work she got frustrated and just kept repeating the original amount. The price for this rx had been different each time I have gone in to get it.Just save yourself the headache and go to Costco. Way cheaper and always so nice, you don’t even have to have a membership to get your medicine.

This is the worst pharmacy in the area, the pharmacists are only worried about getting through the day and getting off work. They were supposed to call for prescription pickup and they never did, while in line it seemed like multiple other people were having the same issue. I will never use this pharmacy again
