My husband went in and purchased a blood pressure monitor from this store. When he got it home the box was empty. He turned around and took it back immediately. The store claimed they can’t do anything about it, took the box back and refused to give him an actual monitor or a refund. So either employees are stealing or patrons are stealing but either way we are being charged to make up for margins on stolen items. If this is a common thing and supposed “corporate policy” then why would it not be policy for an employee to show you the machine was in the box at checkout. Absolutely absurd.

Passport Photo taken here didn't comply with regulations for passport. Refused to issue refund. Extremely poor service. Manager Crystal hung up on me when I asked for help.

If you’re looking for a store staffed by people who can’t do their jobs then congrats, you’ve found it! These guys were brought scripts to be filled for my old cat and when my wife went to pick it up she was told they hadn’t filled it because they weren’t able to charge it to her insurance…well, it’s a medication for our cat so no duh you can’t apply our health insurance (for humans) to a medication for a cat. They told her she should come back in an hour. After an hour went by she called to ask again and was told that they’d call her in 1 hr when the prescription was ready…then the bums never called and it turned out that the pharmacy closed at 7pm, which was less than an hour from the time we were told they’d call us. These guys couldn’t fill a simple script, apparently don’t understand how to use a phone to dial-out, and also can’t read clocks with any sort of critical thinking skills on display. Thanks guys, guess the sick cat will just suffer another day due to your incompetence.

I love this Walgreens, it’s a disappointment to see that they do not price match from their OWN website. I purchased ivermectin lotion for my eczema and it’s literally $10 more at the store. When I asked the sweet cashier asked her manager and he said no. Buy online then pick up. Save the money.

Easily the most incompetent pharmacy I've had the misfortune of working with. After my 1st prescription was the WRONG DOSAGE (didn't find out until after taking most of the month), my refill was even more of a disaster.
1st, I was told the medication was out of stock for 3 days, and that this should be expected. Spoiler, no it should not be expected/the norm. If my medication was for a more serious condition, this type of indifference could have dire consequences.
2nd, after being NOTIFIED MY PRESCRIPTION WAS READY, I was told again that it was not, due to needing pre-authorization. AGAIN, this was wrong. My health insurance as a student very specifically does NOT require pre-authorization for my prescription, but for some reason this pharmacy decided they needed to request name brand instead of the generic I've always used, which is NOT covered.
Today, I finally gave up. After speaking with my doctor and insurance, both more helpful than this place, I'm moving my prescription to a different pharmacy. I sincerely hope I never have to use this Walgreens again.
I don't think it's in any way exaggerating to suggest everyone avoid this store, as it is a matter of WHEN, not IF they absolutely butcher your prescription.

This is the worst pharmacy I've dealt with. I transferred my prescription here from another Walgreens and somehow they were charging me double the amount for a smaller prescription. I called my insurance and they informed me that the pharmacy was coding it wrong in their system and that's why it wasn't covered, fine, so I talked to them about it, they could not figure it out, so I just said go ahead and fill it and I'll just pay. I went home. received a text a few days later that it was ready and when I went back, they said they didn't have it. I was leaving on a trip, so had to go without. I am currently on the phone trying to get my prescription transferred to my old Walgreens and I have been on hold for 30 minutes. Never again...

I dropped a prescription off yesterday afternoon around 4:30 PM. I never heard from them so I called and checked the status of the prescription and the pharmacy tech said that there was a problem with the instructions that were written on the prescription and that they need to reach out to the doctor that wrote it. The doctors office was already closed for the day so we had to wait till the morning. This morning I called the pharmacy again and asked what exactly did they need from the doctor. She told me she needed clarification on the instructions or a new prescription. I called my doctor and my doctor reached out to them. My doctor called me back and said that she spoke with someone over there and it was all taken care of. Well, it is Saturday night and it still says they are working on the prescription. Now I have to wait until Monday to get my medication because they are closed on Sunday. This is ridiculous! DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!

Horrible pharmacy. They’re randomly closed 3/4 times when I need my prescriptions. Then when you finally do get a person, it’s a large man with a big bushy beard and he is hands down the rudest and impatient person I’ve encountered in my life. I called today and got a female and she was almost just as rude on the phone. They won’t look up your insurance info, will gladly overcharge you even though they could’ve pressed one button and saved the customer money. The Asian girl is nice but the large bearded man needs to be fired and never work around people ever again.

After seeing the sign that they couldn't do passport photos today due to software issues, an employee admitted there was nothing wrong with their software, they just didn't want to do passport photos today. The next closest Walgreens I could reach that would do passport photos was a 40 min round trip.

Worst Pharmacy I have ever exerienced- been waiting for 2 days for antibiotics and they still haven't put it in my name. Went to the pharmacy 3 times and called multiple times and they just refused to fill it. Had to call the doctor to have it sent elsewhere as my infection continued to get worse.

The guy who works in the pharmacy is rude and impatient. I was forced to pay out of pocket for my prescription because he refused to listen to me or run my insurance. I tried to call to speak with someone else and everyone was just rude. Obviously we're at the pharmacy because we need medication, not to be treated poorly and like we are inconveniencing them. 0/10 I will never return and will have my prescriptions filled elsewhere. So sorry to interrupt your talking session, God forbid you have to do your job while at work.

The lady running the register never acknowledged me, not hi, bye, thankyou. She didn't even look at me. Talked to her coworker the entire time and acted like I was an inconvenience. Very rude.
