Used to work here and it was terrible. I was denied my lunch breaks most of the time and often had to deal with huge lines and drug addicts and shoplifters entirely on my own while the shift lead sat in the office on a computer all day. Once the previous manager manually removed some hours from my timesheet so I wasn't paid for the work I was requested to stay later for. I hope my kind former coworkers find a better job before this place is inevitably shut down

Exactly right they don't care if you get your meds or not. That's the exact reason walgreens is shutting the doors.

I really liked the cashier named Laverne at this location. She is sweet and funny and brings a calmness to every transaction. 😊

I can see why this pharmacy has such terrible reviews... i called to see if I could pick up my prescription and they put me on hold to check and they just hung up after a few minutes. I called back and they wouldn't answer, it just kept cycling through the hold music, so I drove to to the store and was able to talk to someone while STILL ON HOLD. They filed my prescription, took payment, and I drove off. When I got home I took one of the pills and noticed there was only 6 in the bottle when the prescription was for 30. I called them and they said I needed to talk to the pharmacist and hung up on me. I drove back and they told me insurance only covered 6 pills and I can pay out of pocket for the rest if I wanted to... i have filled this prescription many times before at Costco and normally pay about 18 bucks. They said it would be 1200. I called my doctor and they said no way, that they would send it back to Costco for me. When I looked it up online it showed Walgreens only charged $24 for this medication, not $1200, so I went back. They said they could not let me pay the difference, and they couldn't take my meds back because I already took one, but they could charge me the full $24 charge for 30 pills and give me my remaining 24 even though I already paid a copay for the first 6. She said she already voided the first charge and they would have to charge me my original copay plus the $24. I told them to forget it, left my 5 remaining pills, drove off. Really hope my doctor is able to send my prescription to Costco. I will not be going back and I will be calling corporate.

Called this morning to make sure my prescription was ready and they told me it was. I go to pick it up and they said it still isn't ready. I came to pick up 7 hours after I called them.

Awful customer service. Best to go up the street a few blocks to CVS. I expect this is one of the many Walgreens that will be shuttered.

my experience here was horrible!! severely understaffed, waited so long for someone to check me out. there was only one employee with any decency and customer service (the girl w the hijab) and she is overworked. props to her professionalism especially in the photo area. it is also extremely unsafe for her to be working there alone, she deserves a raise for all she goes through. walgreens do better!!

The girl working the Photo Booth you are amazing and clearly the hardest worker! Walgreens get rid of Ridick The worst customer service experience I’ve ever imagined making the photo girl do all the transactions and yet your standing behind the counter scanning cigarettes like that’s More important.

Worst pharmacy ever! Do not use them! They don't come to the window. We've been waiting in line for 20 minutes for 2 cars ahead of us. They don't advertise lunch break. So we've been waiting 2.5 hours to pick up a prescription. Finally, at the window and the lady is trying to charge us money. She never asked for insurance or verified it. Been waiting for her to hand over the prescription for 10 minutes!! So a total of almost 3 hours. This is the worst experience ever. Hire qualified pharmacist who know what they are doing.

Save yourself the headache and go to the CVS a quarter mile away. This pharmacy is a complete joke

I rarely write reviews on here, but every single time I come to this Walgreens, I am blown away by the incompetence of the staff. Three weeks ago, I had a prescription sent there by my doctor. Three days later, I went to go pick it up and it still had not been filled, and they said it would take another several hours. 15 minutes after leaving, they called me to tell me that I would not be able to pick it up at all, as they were out of stock, and I would have to call another pharmacy and ask them to transfer the prescription.
Over a week ago, my doctor sent over a prescription. I received a notice that it was "delayed" due to insurance. Today (over a week later) I called to check in on the delay and they told me they would have it ready in an hour. When I went to pick it up, I waited in line for 30 minutes, then again at the counter for 15 minutes while they searched for my Rx, then another 15 minutes while they tried to enter my coupon, only to then tell me they wouldn't accept the coupon for the $100 Rx, despite the fact that Colorado passed a law in 2023 capping the price for this prescription.
Pharmacies are a place where people have to go to maintain their health and well-being. If you want to protect yours, I would avoid this location at all costs.
