If I could give zero stars I would. I called beforehand to make sure I could do a reload before I came out there, it would be like 30 mins or so and the lady on the phone said we do deposits until close so just be here before then. I called at 9:45pm. I show up at 10:30 and shop around, we check out a little bit before close. They say we don’t do reloads we’re about to close. I told them I spoke to someone on the phone before we came all of this way with my children. They all acted like no one had ever talked to me or said this when I was given specific instructions by one of the employees. The day before they said their machine was down. This place is a joke, everything is priced higher than king soopers even and Walmart is significantly cheaper. With these type of employees, prices, and inventory I don’t get how Walgreens is still in business, I will NEVER come to this location again. All the employees are rude and lazy. This is my third bad experience here, twice being in two days. There’s a reason they have 1 star

This pharmacy is the worst. Customer service is horrible. I called and was on hold for 40 min. Decided to drive up there and its closed for unforseen reasons.

This store is always understaffed & slammed. Pharmacist Steven was VERY helpful and took the time to assist me with my new insurance (which wasn’t showing active yet) & finding an even better discount, less expensive than my insurance would’ve been anyway. Thank you Steven! Excellent customer service when I felt very sick. 10/10!

Their pharmacy is the worse! Their drive thru used to take forever and now they’ve had it shut down for at least a month so the inside line is usually 10 or more people in line. If you order for delivery it takes days for them to process and that’s if they even have it in stock. Many times I have to go days without my medications because they are out of stock. Avoid this location

I don’t know how do you mess up a two part prescription and I never get the two medicines at the same time??? How do you incorrectly bill the wrong insurance consistently??? And leave it to me after the fact that it’s my fault, and when I explain everything, to get it right the first time, still don’t listen???

Worst Walgreens ever 3rd time me coming here and there’s always something especially with the pharmacy don’t recommend getting any of your scripts filled here staff are slow and inattentive and good luck if they have what you need in stock

Both my son and I have been getting prescriptions at this location for 4 years. 6 weeks ago staff said neither one of us are eligible any longer through our insurance. Went back the next day and staff put it right through. ?

there is no worse pharmacy. this is as bad as it gets. its in walking distance and the next are hours away, yet honestly i think i miyhy go to the other ones because this one is that bad of an experience. for pills my life depends on, i called and they didnt give. they said wait 2 days. then again, id be dead right now if i didnt use a difgerent pharmacy that day. the pharmacists routinely lie about when you get your scripts and the scripts are hardly in stock. everything they say is a lie so if you DO use this pharmacy dont believe a word anyone says.

I had surgery and needed to pick up medications afterwards. My doc put the request through before the surgery even happened. My wife and I tried to pick them up 6 hours after they received it (I got a phone call stating that it would be ready "soon" before I even put on the gown). The meds still aren't ready after that 6 hours.
Nobody here cares, hell.... Walgreens corporate doesn't apparently care. Looking at other reviews, many people have had the same experience for a long time now and literally nothing has been done.
I'm only one person, but I'm going to do everything possible to avoid all Walgreens from here on out... 'pathetic' is too generous an adjective to describe how horribly this pharmacy is.
