Walgreens is a funny place. Called to check on a prescription that says still in progress 4 days past the scheduled date and time of pickup. I waited on hold for 30min but the wait time seemed fishy so called the front counter to be told the pharmacist hadn’t showed up 40min after their start time and they were not even sure if they were coming in or not.

This pharmacy has been terrific for me since moving to Central Park three years ago, and it is a combination of kindness, customer service, and knowledge. I've never had an issue with them, despite numerous interactions. The pharmacists have been nice and informational, and have always steered me right. One of their staff, Adarryn, is an exceptional person who has guided me at times when I was ill and found solutions to my pharmacy questions at vulnerable times. I appreciate that!

This pharmacy is the worst I have ever been to and I am 56 years old. Complete chaos. Everyone moves at half speed. Cannot find prescriptions. Cannot execute anything they say. 1 star is too many

The nicest thing I can say is that they aren’t CVS. They are constantly surprised that antibiotics are an ASAP prescription and it’s exhausting having a sick kid and then having to battle them just to get them to do their jobs. Today I pulled into line at 1:20 and they let the car ahead of me sit there for 10 minutes (waiting? Not sure- there was no interaction) and then put up an out to lunch sign without helping me ?

I was trying to get my prescription filled for three weeks. Each time I called to find out what the problem was and get help to finally get my medication I was hung up on by the staff. Go somewhere else seriously they can’t do it

doctor call in rx at 10am so i call in they say be ready in 2 hours i show up 5 hours later and they made me wait 15min NOT READY AND THERE WERE 3 PEOPLE WORKING AT PHARMACY AND NO CUSTOMERS
