Ordered a birthday cake, they had three days to make it. It said it would be ready on the day of my birthday by 8am for pick up. My birthday comes and I never got a notification the cake was ready for pick up. I called the bakery on three different occasions and they didn’t pick up once. Finally I decided to reach out to chat support who let me know they were unable to fulfill my order. So here it my birthday with no cake, and they didn’t even have the decency to reach out to me sooner.

December 2024 by Because I.
So I ordered 2 pair of jeans online because they were on sale for Christmas. So I went to puck them up at Walmart. Because they were to be ordered and brought out by them. So when they were ready, I went to grab them. We'll then I brought them home and realized they left the safety thing on them so then I had to run them back to get them removed. Then I looked at the jeans and realized that they were not the flex jeans that I had ordered so I went to the Walmart to swap them out and they said that I couldn't do it that I would have to pay the difference because the sale ended. WTF? You gave me the wrong jeans, and now I'm supposed to pay the difference when you guys gave me the wrong pants. That doesn't seem fair to me. If they gave me the right pair when I went to pick them up, we wouldn't have thos issue this is there fault why am I being punished? I think this is your fault and I should be able to exchange them because this is not my fault this is the people who grab the items fault. It's like someone who bought a t.v on sale but it wasn't the right one so when he comes back your going to tell him he has to pay a $1000 dollars more? All I want is the pants that I order to make this right. It's almost Christmas and you can swap out a pair of pants for the ones that I order really come on.

Booooooo! Don't advertise that you have a sale, then not only not have the product but also DON'T honor the sale when asked for a raincheck. You suck, scummiest Walmart in Denver.

Do not come here for pickup orders. It is the slowest Walmart I've ever experienced without fail. I've tried it twice now and won't be back to this location.

Evergreen, CO I had stopped shopping at Walmart for groceries, even when cheaper than the competitor. They had stopped bagging the product and had very few check out lanes open. I had to pick up a couple non grocery items, so got a couple groceries while there. Pleasant surprise that they had more check out lanes open & very courteous clerk that bagged my groceries! Even got me help for a very heavy carryout!

Homeless people and migrants are begging outside and inside of the store. Migrants followed us down the aisles using the translation apps on their phones to ask me to buy them groceries and diapers. Then in the parking a group of men started following me to the car. Sketchy AF

I've lived here long enough to remember when this Walmart literally first opened. Over the past year I will not go at all, its too dangerous. Between the city not considering the community who lives in this area they purchased an hotel that houses homeless and others. Along with that immigrants have taken over both outside and inside. Theres always an altercation. I had to switch to target.

Avoid at all costs if possible. They can't even deliver an order or prepare an order for pick up. Whoever manages this store should be ashamed.

The pickup order wait is always very long. Consistently greater than 30 minutes often for orders that are not all that large. Would appreciate better service. They also don't bag the groceries which is massive hassle if you order.

I had the worst experience at Walmart auto care at 7800 SMITH RD, Denver CO 80207 A few months ago, I had an oil change there. Upon returning for my next oil change they tell me that the oil drain bolt was damaged by whoever did the last oil change. I remind them that they did my oil changes. After they figure out who did it (who was previously fired for bad work), they tell me to buy the bolt somewhere then they'd reimburse me and install it. But they offered no proof of this conversation. Of course I ask but they say that they go on memory. They don't write on my computer account or put such things on paper. Just trust them. I argue for 30mins with serviceman Austin and manager Paul (I think) of the possible problems but they insist. Said that he (Austin) also managers Paul and Richard would remember. Months later I return and of course no one remembers. We discuss for 20mins, then they agree to it. They take my car, and they say they'll text me when done. I walk away for almost 2 hours, and come back to no one knowing where my car is. Then, having no record of it being checked in even thought they texted me to say the work has started. Then, after 2 hours of waiting I come back. They say they didn't change the oil because they couldn't take off the bolt. But for 2 hours they never contacted me to tell me. Then, they ask me to go to another mechanic to have the bolt remove, and say they'll reimburse me. They then take 40mins to get approval. I ask again for something in writing. They say no. I say at least tell what needs to be done, and I can record it with my phone to tell the next mechanic. Service person Austin says that he doesn't want his voice recorded. . After 15-20mins of arguing he agrees to write something instructions down on paper. After several shops say they can't remove bolt without doing an oil change I find one shop who said they'd add some oil so I can drive it back to Walmart or take the bolt half off. I make an appt. Then as I am in their shop, I call Walmart. They say that they can't do it that day. So, I had to make another appt at the other shop that is going to remove the bolt. After the 3rd day of this, I get the bolt loosened (not to lose the oil), so I can make it back to Walmart with oil. Then back to Walmart for more memory loss conversation. But then Austin asked for a higher manager (sorry, I forgot her name) to step in. After explaining the whole thing to her, she said that she'd reimburse me. I then got the oil change and my money. But this was a complete headache and waste of 3 days of my time. My time waiting while no work was done, my time searching and going to several repair shops to find someone to do the work. My time making appointments with Walmart. My time arguing with them when they simply refuse to document their words. This was the worst experience thanks to the inexcusable efforts of Austin, and managers Paul and Richard. Also, service person Lisa was quite rude to me while trying to step into conversations that she knew little details about to make excuses for Walmart. I'm surely done with Walmart Auto Care. At least that location.

Everything under the sun is locked up, even a basic comb. Employees are apathetic about getting locked items for customers. Today, I wanted to get sunscreen which is located in cosmetics. There was a lengthy line because everything is locked up and has to be purchased there. Only one cashier in that area. I left without 7 items on my list. Anti-theft measures are clearly needed, however, this choice is turning customers away. They would be better off making all customers show their receipt to a bonafied security officer on the way out. This is why online shopping is so popular.

Horrible horrible horrible service. These workers are beyond lazy. Makes no sense. Not only do they take forever to help you even though they're not doing anything but standing there, but they refuse to do anything if it entails moving from where they currently stand.

Since they closed the neighborhood location on East Colfax and Havana St., I had to go to this location. RIDICULOUS! Everything in the cosmetic section is locked up, and yet there are 4 employees following you around this small area. Hair care products, locked up. Make-up, locked up. Nail polish, locked up. What the F****! Went to buy groceries and couldn't find anything because they have crammed everything into this small area. When you do find something you need, locked up! The employees roll their eyes and ugh at you. Check out has to be done by a person and yet you bag your own groceries, in the bag you brought! Then, like you could have slipped something into your grocery car, your receipt is checked at the door! I needed to take a sedative to calm down because of this trip to the grocery store. I will not be going to this location, and/or any other location. If I need something, I will order on line to avoid any interaction or further stress from dealing with trying to buy groceries and household items.

I really don't like coming to this location but it's the closest when I'm working in Denver. There's a bunch of employees just standing around but nobody is by the checkouts. They turned off the self checkout lanes but are just standing around chatting. They see lines forming but don't open the other checkouts unless they see a fellow coworker trying to buy something. Oh well, I know there's worst Walmart locations, so I should just be happy there's a decent one here in Central Park

Wish I could give 0 stars. Everything is locked up and the employees are rude about unlocking items. Checkout lines are horribly long, self checkout was 100% closed and the employees at the register move like they don't care at all.
