This Walmart is so unprofessional, I ordered a drive up order and when I arrived to get it the app didn't have the bay number that I was parked it so I used a different number thinking the employees could figure it out. Instead, the just didn't bring out my order and I waited over 10 minutes until I called them and asked what was going on. So ridiculous and dumb. This would never happen at target. You can tell these people who work here do not care about anything but the paycheck they're getting. I'll stick to doing drive up orders at target.

Walmart gas stations, (Murphy's) will put between $100 and $150 dollar hold on your debit card if you pay at the pump. so that means if you go into a MURPHY's fill up you gas can to mow the lawn it will cost you $100.00 dollars out of the balance of your debit card for the next day for that lawn mower gas. When I went inside and complained they said it was my banks decision. I called my bank they said no it was Walmart who negotiated the hold. the way to avoid it if you are paying debit for a small amount of gas is to pay at the cashier and specify an amount. this will not cause a hold. I think all gas stations should post a sign on their pumps warning customers. it should be a law.

horrible horrible horrible. stay away at all costs. waited over an hour for a pick up order only for them to cancel my order because the only worker didn't speak English. store refused to pick up the phones (called the delivery number and the main store number). I went inside to find a manager only to find they closed the customer service center down for no reason and about 10 employees were just standing around talking and hitting their vapes inside. pathetic.

Refused to do my return because they said they couldn't access the system and then tried to accuse me of stealing the item I was trying to return when I attempted to leave with it.

I haven't been to Walmart in a while and I just went for a couple of things and they don't offer plastic bags at self check out even though I'm willing to pay the $.10 and they don't offer reusable bags. You can buy a self check out as well as well. I have a lady with glasses and colored hair standing right next to me at the end, where you bag stuff, watching my every scam literally like two or 3 feet away for me. Also having another lady right behind me a self check out standing in front of the computer looking at me while there's three or four of the self checkouts open with people scanning I'm always getting profiled at this one and I don't understand why they sometimes have to scan every item I have at the door instead of just checking the receipt they scan every item I have with there gun I don't know what's the problemShould have went to target or some else

We received expired, moldy vegetable stock on our most recent pickup order. We have loved using pickup for the convenience but after waiting 30 minutes in the parking lot, having them substitute incorrect items and finding out we received rotten food I do not think we will be returning. Most of the staff are young and doing their best, likely understaffed so I don't blame them - this is just not where I'll be choosing to shop now.

This was my first time visiting this Walmart and the State. After purchasing several items and walking towards the exit with my receipt still in my hand, the greeter asked for my receipt and I gave it to her. No one before me was asked for their recept nor after me after I tried asking the greeter "Why me?" She just walked away. After thinking about this incident, I felt like I was targeted and stereotyped. I returned the items for a refund and then spoke with someone who presented herself as a manager. I explained the situation to her but her explanation was not sufficient. I left the store and drove directly to Target. I purchased comparable items for a couple dollars more. Their service was excellent. I have assisted Walmart numerous times with their loss prevention during my previous career but never would I have thought I would have been treated in such a manner. Parking lot is kinda old and needs an update. The customer service was amazing I was welcomed into the store by a very friendly woman. The store was fully stocked. Great sales on so many things. I recommend checking out the clearance row. Saved about $50 from other department stores. Highly recommend this location!!!

I found it pleasant to shop here especially they were well stocked. It was not very busy and parking was easy. I like it is by the high way.
