When you see those pictures of people at Walmart I'm pretty sure they were taking at this location. I'd drive an extra 5 miles to avoid it

A Muslim cashier woman (in a different isle) in one of those hijab hair coverings started yelling at me something, but because I'm hard of hearing and didn't appreciate her hostile attitude, I told her, "don't speak to me." Because I'm the white customer, I get thrown out of the store.

My dad is blind and living on his own. He depends on getting his groceries with the help of a grocery store attendant to walk him around the store and help him select items to purchase. He came to this particular Walmart and they turned him away and told him they couldn't help him. I'm sorry? you couldn't get one of the many attendants in the store to take the time to help the disabled?! Whether they are trained for it or not, it would only take 30 minutes out of a good persons time to help the needy. Absolutely disgusting how they handled this situation.

Tried to call to see if they had a game in stock. Kept me on hold for over 20 minutes just to come back and say no

This has honestly got to be the worst Walmart in the area. I myself have worked for Sam's club and Walmart for almost a decade and I have never seen a store ran like this one...it is rarely stocked, its dirty and dingy, and worst of all the staff has never been polite, warm and inviting any of the times I have been there. I have encountered falsely priced items in which they refuse to honor. There are employees who wear profane tshirts and use even worse language. I was standing with my 3 year old daughter when our checker said "that's so fuckong awesome" to a product SHE (my daughter) was holding! I was livid to say the least. Its definitely worth the gas to travel to a different location!

Went here with my mother today- we were in the pet department, and I was looking for cleaning wipes for my cat. They had some, but they were way up on the very top shelf, and my mother and I could not reach them. My mom went to see if there was any employees around to help us, and the only person she could find was the lady in the make up department, but she was busy checking a bunch of customers out. So my mom grabbed a long item to help us try to scoot the item down from the top shelf. They were just wipes (packaged like baby wipes) in a cardboard case, so we couldn't damage them in any way if they fell. Which they did. Maybe not the smartest idea on our end, but we couldn't keep waiting around for an employee to show up so we had to improvise. Of course I got the wrong ones down, so I had to scoot down the other box of wipes to get the right ones. They all fell to the floor, out of the case, so maybe 10 packages of wipes total on the floor? So as I was cleaning it all up, my mom threw one of the wipes up, trying to get it back on the top shelf. Well, the wipes ended up landing in the next aisle over. We were laughing at this point, and I was still cleaning up the packages on the floor and putting them back in the cardboard display box. As this was happening, an employee finally came over and VERY rudely said to us, " can I help you?" My mom was upset at this point and said not anymore, we needed help getting stuff down from the shelf but we couldn't find anyone so we had to improvise. Well, the employee got very defensive and said that he was in the department the whole time, and that he found it hard to believe that we did not see him. My mom and the employee went back and forth for a few minutes, with the employee getting more and more upset and defensive. I was still on the ground cleaning up the items and trying to calm everyone down. Finally I stood up and faced the employee and told him we were fine, that we no longer needed his help, and he needed to walk away now (he was arguing with my mom and being rude, and I wasn't ok with that.) He told us, and I quote "well you can get out of my store." My mother told him it wasn't his store, and he got even more upset, took items out of our cart, and told us to leave and to get out of his aisle. He said we do not get "his" items anymore. By this time, there were people all around us, watching the show unfold as the employee continued to be rude and telling us we didn't get to buy anything from his store. I was still scrambling to pick up the wipes and get them back in their display, which he then grabbed out of my hands and told me to get out of his department. I grabbed the wipes I needed as we were leaving and told him "thank you so much for your help sir." As about 15 other customers just stared at us. We went straight to check out and asked our cashier to speak to a store manager. The assistant manager was a little bit taken back by our story, informing us that the employee we spoke to was the DEPARTMENT MANAGER. I fully own up that we knocked down the wipes from the shelf, but I was in the process of cleaning up everything once he started yelling at us. I am BEYOND embarrassed by the way the employee treated us- yes, my mom was upset and arguing with him, but we are not the employees... the assistant manager said she would be speaking with the employee and we paid for our items and left. The employee's name that treated us so poorly was Seth. Needless to say, we won't be back to this location.

Worst Walmart ever! We bought a Nintendo switch video game. When we got home we opened it and the game was missing. We went back to the store and the manager refused to exchange the game for us. They were pretty much saying we stole it. We called the game manufacturers and they said they weigh all of their video games before shipping them to stores so they said their was something going on with the Walmart store. We even bought the game console and now have no game to play on it because the case was empty. $50 is a lot of money to lose for something that wasn't our fault! Horrible customer service!!! Making your customers feel like thieves!

No cashiers. This place sucks. Line is out the door. Then they open a new one and the people behind you jump in. I think I am too polite to shop here. Next!

This walmart is the closest to my house (definitely not my walmart of choice). Pros: they always have a good selection of clearance items from the bakery and other departments. I also really love that they have a parking lot security guard ! Cons: a lot of the time they don't have everything i am looking for unfortunately this isn't a very good location if your looking for something specific. I have never been to this walmart and there not been a super long line at the self checkout and at every register + half the time there self checkout machines aren't working.
