The Charlies Cheesesteak has absolutely horrible customer service. I waited at the counter so long waiting on service I just gave up. One male employee just sat on his chair in the background. I will never ever eat here in the future!

always tons of pallets stacked and left out on the store floor for hours at a time which blocks lanes, food (particularly meat) is constantly a day or two away from expiring if it's not day of (with zero discount), employees follow you if your tattoos are even slightly disconnected from the "live laugh love" flash garbage, floor is constantly littered and dirty, a LOT of food and drinks are opened by customers and left on the shelves (including but not limited to gum stuck on products, chicken wings left on shelves in contact with non-perishables in cardboard packaging, drinks half empty or gone stuck in freezers, etc.) and checkout, regardless of what aisle i go into, is always a pain. i don't expect a 5 star resort-esque treatment from a glorified warehouse but this is ridiculous.

Rude staff, never stocked, and every single time I’ve ever tried to place a curbside pickup order it gets cancelled. I have NEVER successfully picked up an order from this Walmart. Today, I placed an order for pickup after work. I saw it was processing, even got a text asking me to confirm substitutions for a couple items, which I did within 2 minutes of receiving the text. Then almost an hour later I go to check the status, and it’s cancelled. I never received a text or email notifying me of the cancellation and I never got a reason why ANY of my attempts have been cancelled. In the time they’ve wasted I could have made a hundred more successful grocery runs literally anywhere else.

I usually prefer this Walmart but left here today extremely frustrated and disappointed in the lack of customer service shown by one employee. As I was checking out the cashier rang up my laundry detergent twice; when I tried to express this, there was a language barrier which wasn’t a big deal, so this cashier got an English speaking “Shiftlead or manager.” This superior was the issue. So I tried telling her she scanned my detergent twice and she pretended to look and said she didn’t see it. So I said alright whatever I don’t want it, I’ll just pay, and not get detergent. When cashier printed the receipt you could clearly see I was charged for detergent. So once again I try showing the girl and she rolled her eyes and got an attitude and told me I was wrong. I then sat down and calculated my total and took my receipt to customer service. The woman at customer service agreed I was charged for the detergent but yet it was still sitting over there. So she goes up to the girl shows her my receipt and the rude employee comes walking my detergent over and says, “ oh she thought you were being charged for two and it was just the one!” Which made no sense as I didn’t leave with any freakin detergent and she couldn’t admit she was too lazy to actually look at the receipt or attempt to apologize because she was in the wrong, I have worked customer service, I am HR for a company now and I understand mistakes. However to roll your eyes, get an attitude and not even try is unacceptable. Make sure y’all check your receipts, and not just trust some of the staff too because they clearly can’t be bothered

Yesterday night, I lost my wallet where we scan the items, I asked Manager to help me check the security cameras, they didn’t help me and she was rude, her behavior was like a sucker dog. She was really stupid. (9400 E Hampden Ave, Denver, CO 80231)

I was running late for my appointment to get my passport and had to run in there for a photo.
I was kind of rude, although she wasn't the friendliest.
She kept her composure and did a fine job dealing with my American attitude of I'm late and I need this done NOW!

It's like a modern-day prison in this place. Between the cameras the staff and the armed individuals keeping an eye on everybody it seems very dystopian. Walmart used to be an amazing place to visit 24 hours a day and you could shop whenever is convenient for you, now you feel like a criminal every time you touch an item especially at checkout. Walmart has fallen victim to greed and believing we need them more than they need us. We need to flip the script and start shopping locally and supporting family stores.
