Horrible. Paid for laundry service. AND DIDN'T EVEN FOLD MY CLOTHES, which I paid for. Instead, clothes were thrown and smushed into bag (have pictures). Was warned to not go here, but wanted to give them a chance, but the owners must not care if they can't even train staff to greet customers or do their job like folding laundry when people pay for it!! And standing at the counter does not signal to staff that a customer needs help, 3x now it's happened. INSTEAD told to ring a bell at the 10ft other end of the counter if we need help. Ridiculous! What's happening when throwing clothes in a bag suffices for folded laundry (a service PAID for) and when two adults standing at the counter (looking around i.e. a non verbal that customers are trying to figure out who's the staff) doesn't warrant a greeting. I was warned to not go here. Got ripped off, will report this business. Don't waste your gas or money.

I come here once a week to wash my clothes and the lady who works there is always working and busy. The machine breakdown sometimes but that's because I believe of OVER USE which is normal in a laundry mat and here it is walking distance for Me which is comvient to residency.

Large place. Lots of washers in different sizes. Lots of dryers. All pretty old though. But it gets the job done

disgusting machines absolutely not cleaned inside or on side floor is disgusting tissue all over lint and under dryers dirt money machine always on red dont take your child here pick up filthy cold dirt on floor lady with blond hair glasses never talks just stares awful disgusting laundromat.nope i have the right laundromat hello she was working on jan 22nd yes your business is right next to a checker auto parts store and a family dollar store i have the right one on leesdale awful laundromat believe me i wont go back its disgusting filthy dirty yuck.i called business and yes its the right one next to family dollar clean up your store before the health dept makes a social visit its filthy floors under dryers i have the right store yes on jan 22nd a blond girl short hair with bifocals was working but then again you dont know her believe me catch a great virus in this laundromat yuck

Terrible service, they have a sign that says you can wash until 1 pm and it was 11.30 am and she didn't let us wash and she was also very rude

Friendly and helpful attendant. Always has available washers and they work well. Can get hectic and people let their kids run wild but that's just this neighborhood lol.

Half the equipment doesn't work properly and when you report it to staff, they tell you it's because you're using it wrong then move you to another machine and only refund half your money. I've used laundry machines all my life. I had the exact same amount of clothes in the dryer next to the one i was using, same size dryer, and it was working just fine. Don't treat me like I'm dumb because your machines don't operate properly and you want to save a few cents. Will NOT be back here.

HOT WATER IS FIXED!!!! THE NEW MANAGMENT HAD THE PROBLEM RESOLVED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE....THEY ARE REALLY WORKING TO CLEAN THIS PLACE UP!!! THE STAFF ARE THE GREATEST BEYOND HELPFUL AND KNOW ALL THE LITTLE TRICKS TO THE MACHINES. FREE WIFI AND FAMILY FRIENDLY TV AND GAMES FOR THE KIDS TO PLAY OR WATCH WHILE YOU GET YOUR LAUNDRY DONE. ALSO, THIER WASH AND FOLD SERVICE IS AWESOME AND FAST . I DROPPED MY UNIFORMS OFF ON FRIDAY AND WAS ABLE TO PICK THEM UP THE NEXT DAY.... SO KEEP IT UP GUYS. #WASHWAYLEETSDALE #washnfold #cleanandfriendly #AFFORDABLE

It was a pretty busy place a lot of machines different prices which makes it easy doing laundry. For as new as this place is I would have liked to seen it a little cleaner though. Should be cleaning up every hour and wiping stuff down it would be more welcoming! A lot of kids too, standing around made me a little nervous and vigilant of my stuff. Parking was bad and I see that being a problem always between two businesses and not many handicap spots and/or spots in the front. Having to carry laundry in and walk to and from is a tough walk. The prices were pretty much the same maybe a little higher with a standard machine costing 2.50 and goes on up from there. Three stars just because of the place being very dirty. Next time will take picture but I'm hoping it will not be necessary!

Used this place for years. Great then....in the past 5 months has dropped in quality. Washers irregular in time. You pay for 25 minutes but actually runs for 15 minutes. $2.50 a load???? Dryer time reduced to 7 minutes a quarter. Worse still, no HOT WATER. This has been of isse for over 2 months. I almost believe the hot water issue is a way to cut expenses. Very sad.In response to your reply. I, on average use 5 top load washers each visit. I noticed that the wash cycle would end in 15-18 minutes. If this issue were an isolated machine, I would report it. But for all of the washers that I use at the same time to end their wash cycle in that 15 -18 minute range indicates that it's not an individual washer as there should be a variance of 7-10 minutes, reflective of the posted time of 26 minutes.So my complaint is directed to the 2 apparent changes. The amount of time for a wash cycle to complete and the increase of price. Generally, it would be an increase of price or a reduced time of service, i.e. the dryers being reduced from 8 minutes to 7 not both.I really like using this facility but seeing 2.50 a load and less time just doesn't seem equitable.Sent from Yahoo Mail on Android

When I went in to do laundry it was dirty I had to pick up the dryer sheets off of the floor to even use the dryers and the woman working was just setting on her phone not cleaning anything up ! The trash was overflowing

We liked this laundry very much until they started having hot water problem. Twice in a month these folks have been out of hot water for days. We went to Glendale Laundry and find that laundromat so nice we will not be coming back to Washaway. Why bother when Glendales facilities are so much nicer and they have hot water?
