MLM business structure - corporate profits from selling studio locations, collecting exuberant fees from struggling locations & forcing owners to buy supplies from a company they own.

I also had membership credits from a local Elements that was closed by the state. I have tried to use my credits at another location and they cant seem to locate them. The way the closure was handled is also strange. My appt was confirmed and then I was notified that the massage location had closed 10 days prior. Poor business...
