These people are scumbags. I went to get a certified check from them and told them that there was a good chance I wouldn’t actually need it. I specifically asked if I would get a refund for the issuing fee ($10) if I didn’t use; they told me I would if I returned it. I returned the check and they still charged me the fee. Heads they win tails you lose with these liars.

If I could give this location 0 star I would. I’ve been a customer with Wells Fargo since 2015 and never experienced anything like this. I came here to get my Zelle transaction fixed because it has not been working for a couple weeks and I tried to contact the customers over the phone and they could not fix it so they told me to go to the branch to get help. The lady there was not even looking at the computer or anything and kept saying there’s nothing she can do and kept refusing me and told me to go to the ATM machine over there to verify my info which I did a couple times prior to coming in to get help. So I asked her is it because it’s almost closing time so you don’t want to help me. She shouted at me “you don’t have to have the attitude with me asking me that”. I left to the ATM machine located near the door and tried to confirm my number again by myself in hopes it would help. Then she yelled from afar good luck good luck twice. I’ve never been in a bank where its employee trying to intimidate and mock at its customers like this. It’s supposed to be professional and not ghetto like this. I went to another location on Colorado Boulevard the next day and Thomas the banker who sat me down at his table, calling the customer and explaining the issue and told me to wait at least 3 days for the issue to be resolved. And now I can make transactions with Zelle that night. So that proves me that lady was lazy and didn’t even try to help me. I shoulda checked the reviews at this location before I came here. I’m going to close my accounts with WF and move all of my assets to Chase where they treat customers with respect and courtesy.

Opened an account I was going to put a CD in to say thanks for the notary service but their notary contradicted the sec of states office and says he can’t notarize my documents. Now I’m at a competing bank that can. Get on the phone and call the sec office next time.

Wells Fargo is useless. Don't ever get a loan from this company. Worst loan I have ever had. Next time I will pay 2 percent more to anyone before I use this crappy loan company. Never again Wells Fargo your worthless as a bank and a loan company. Beware of these sharks!

The store hours on their website and storefront say open at 9am but they actually just open whenever it’s convenient for them. It’s frustrating when you go out of your way to stop at this branch at scheduled opening time. I’d recommend calling before showing up to verify they are open.

Called to get help on blocking payment via ACH on an account. As I was asking questions on options... the customer service lady went ahead and chose an action for me without asking me or confirming with me. The service costs $31.Not a huge sum of money, but it's the principle of the matter, you should confirm with your customers before moving forward with an action. Unbeknownst to me, she did that. So naturally I asked if she could reverse it. And she replies, yes I can but your charge of $31 will persist no matter what.Come again? So you charged me for something I didn't ask for and it's irreversible no matter what? Lol. Is this a joke? Her name was Rachael B, employee number #1528818.Having been a Wells Fargo customer for almost 20 years, I'm shocked at their lack of basic customer service. Take your money to Chase, they're way better and I've started moving all my assets over to them.

You cannot access the ATM after bank hours Monday through Friday. This location is not open 24 hours nor can thr ATM be accessed after bank hours as stated above.An absolute waste of a drive and so sad to see atms on the other side of glass with no access to them.Never had to come to this location before but never will again. I'm surprised a bank as big as it is in downtown Denver doesn't have access to ATMs!!!So to overemphasize this: "THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO ACCESS TO ATMS AT THIS LOCATION AFTER BANK HOURS OF MONDAY-FRIDAY. BANK CLOSES AT 5PM. AGAIN, NO ACCESS TO ATMS AFTER BANK HOURS AT THIS LOCATION!!!"

They “lost” $8,000 and don’t want to help me get it back. The employee that responds to these complaints will comment that someone is “reaching out” but that person will not answer their phone or email or voicemail. They pretend they want to help you but actually they couldn’t care less.
