RUDE! I called customer service this morning to review my credit card payments because my payment log was not matching what I was seeing online. After going through the long-menu, I was connected to a lady. After providing all of my information and explaining what I need, she said, I'm going to transfer you, and she transferred me back to the main menu. I reached a man the second time. I explained to him that I am having a hard time hearing him. He was speaking very soft and he sounded like he was far away. I went through verifying my information and explaining the purpose of my call when all of a sudden I hear, "your call cannot be completed as dialed". He hung up on me!!! The third lady I reached was very helpful but rude. I don't understand what is so hard about confirming payment dates and amounts. I'm so glad that my credit card is soon to be paid off and I will never do business with Wells Fargo.

Customer service is always ok here, but when I deposited a large check the teller must have decided small talk was more important than informing me of 1) how much was available from that check to me that day and 2) what dates I should expect the rest of it to deposit. This led to my account immediately in overdraft that same day and apparently I'm just gonna get to be broke all weekend until the check clears. The operator at the support number said as much.Gigantic and basic oversight in customer service; especially annoyed considering how long I waited beforehand.

If you need a notary, Rigo is fantastic. Kind, quick, easy to work with, was able to get me in on short notice, and made the whole process painless.

Rigo went above and beyond to give the best customer service! Branch is very clean and following safety guidelines. Will definitely be back!

*UPDATE, WELLS FARGO RESPONDED TO ME BY EMAIL AND TOLD ME TO OPEN AN INVESTIGATION AGAIN AND CALL THEIR CLAIMS NUMBER. AFTER TELLING THEM I DID THAT 6 TIMES LOL. WHAT A CROCK OF SHI** *NOTE MY ISSUE IS STILL NOT RESOLVED* Wells fargo is the worst bank in the world. Wells fargo's customer makes me sick to my stomach. I made a transaction for $1000+ and canceled it the same day. Seconds after doing it. I gave Wells Fargo the transaction number and reference number of cancelation from the company. I opened 6 different 'investigations' over 8 months and gave them this information over and over. Wells fargo proceeded to call me a liar and closed every case without giving me my money back. Everytime I went into a bank location, zero help from the managers/employees. *Arms up in the air* "sorry, call the number." ??? I canceled a transaction, the money goes back to my account. It says that on the screen of whatever you're on "money will go back within 7-10 business days." An air-headed manager at wells fargo told me that because wells fargo doesn't have a relationship with a certain company I should use companies wells fargo had a relationship with...? Wells Fargo deals with any company, it's money. The way I've been turned away in their locations, and on their special phone number is complete garbage. Not one person I've spoken to on the phone or in their banks has any brains or customer service skills. I'm still out $1000+ that's mine; I have the reference number of cancelation. It's such an easy fix. A transaction was canceled, give the money back to the customer. Wells fargo continues to hold my money hostage and call me a liar. We are in a 'pandemic', they make you wear masks in their store. But for my situation, while many are struggling, they're robbing me of my money and offering ZERO help. Worst bank ever.

They "lost" $8,000 of my money. Came here 3 weeks ago to put a stop payment on a lost check. The banker, who was poorly trained, spent an hour trying to figure out how to do it. She ended up cancelling all current and future check books. My checks have been bouncing but not before another bank took the funds. Wells Fargo says they might solve the issue in 2-3 weeks. Absurd

Terrible experience using this bank. They are committing fraud against me involving an auto loan. They won’t let you pay off an auto loan in an attempt to defraud you out of as much interest as possible. The manager Vilma is a liar and a cheat. She is attempting to extort a terrible 14% interest on an auto loan from me and wont let me pay off my $22,600.00 balance that I have been trying to pay off for 8 months so I can get the title to my $80,000 truck. Vilma will steal your money, time, and spirit. A true black hole of deception and evil practices. The worst of the worst! Run!

I went in because I opened an account online. They apparently needed an id so I went in to meet with a personal banker. They told me to sit and wait while doing so, the security guard gruffly came up and told me I couldn’t sit i bank unless I have business there, at which time I told him I was told to wait for a personal banker. I met with the personal banker and was told the forms I had were not correct. I went back to where I left my belongings, thousands of dollars worth of art and supplies, by the way, which after 5 minutes of looking, the security came up and said time to leave, very aggressively, so I collected my stuff, at which point he kept badgering me to “pick up the pace,” which I calmly did. I walked out and he was a step behind me, and when I reached the revolving door he pushed as to push me vis a vís, the door. Outside he said I lied to him and that he was calling the cops. I showed him the email Wells Fargo sent me to come to a branch, and then he looks at my bags stating, banks are getting hit, as to imply I’m a a bank robber. I told him to please call the police so I could press charges against him and he went back inside, eyeballing me with some other employee while I waited for the supposed police. If Wells Fargo hires that caliber of instability and professionals, it’s no wonder why Warren Buffett has pulled all his investments from them. I recommend not going there. Also, unfortunately for the security guard I was recording the whole incident.

Just really helpful staff and friendly people. Went above and beyond to make sure the service was fast and quick. Plenty of parking and easy access to bank. Not too crowded. Following all pandemic protocols. Safe and social distanced. Will definitely be back. Loved it
