The teller assistant, Brenda, is beyond rude and condescending; it seems like she almost forces herself to be here. Her customer service could utilize some training.

Took forever just to find out they weren’t able to make any change. If you can’t do bank things close down and make way for a CU or something!

The customer service is terrible; the tellers don't do their jobs properly, and they told me that if I don't like it, I should go to another bank.
