The drive up atm never works. Haven't been able to deposit in over 7 days. And they close the inside sooner than 5 but it says 5 on the website.

Amid a resurgence in Covid cases, I was surprised to see an employee today, who I believe may be branch mngr Andrew, walking all over while coughing/no mask. I was in this location 2x today and this was observed both times. How about demonstrating a bit more concern for the health of your coworkers and customers. I sure miss the drive-up option.

I ALWAYS receive OUTSTANDING assistance from very hard working, kind and patient tellers at Wells Fargo’s 1001 South Monaco Parkway location in Denver. I really appreciated Sari’s great help to me today Thursday November 3,2022.

I was a costumer of Wells Fargo and someone hacked my account and disputed some payments I made and the bank shut my bank card off and told me I had to wait a year to get a new card.I am a truck driver and I use a bank card for my trans actions and treated your costumers like they are crooks after someone hacks an account is very poor business. I will never open up and account with Wellsfargo ever again

Terrible experiences at this branch.Consistently understaffed creating excessive wait times for the rest of their customers in line.2-3 managers always on staff who are unable to run a cashier position in excessive waits.Poor management overall in my opinion.

Horrible. They are never busy, yet every time I go here, after 20-25 minutes of waiting, they tell me there are no bankers available.

NOBODY was able to help me setup a business account. I went there twice, called numerous times. Extremely poor service. Covid's gone but the lazy work ethics are still lingering around.

Really disappointed as a new customer. I got there at closing and the door was locked at 4:59. I tried to explain that I needed a money order to move in tomorrow. The guy just walked away. Dark hair, talk. Just a complete a*** There were several people in line. I was in disbelief. The woman with medium hair was nicer, but I am still without what I needed. And it is clear customer service is not the goal.
