ATM has been down nearly every time I've ever dropped into this location, it's ridiculous.

I want to thank Bree for being a fantastic teller. Bree is always professional and never makes mistakes.

Came in to do a wire transfer and was surprised to find out that only a banker could handle it—and no banker was available due to staff shortages. There were three tellers just sitting there, but none could assist, so they watched me leave without any help. I expect better from a major bank like Wells Fargo. This location has proven to be unreliable, and I won’t be coming back.

I had a deeply frustrating experience at this Wells Fargo branch. I visited to make a simple business deposit using a completed deposit slip, which included all the necessary business information. Despite the nature of the transaction, the teller seemed upset, possibly due to an issue with a previous customer. She didn’t greet me, avoided eye contact, and was overall unwelcoming from the start.
When I handed her the deposit slip, she immediately asked for a debit card. I explained that I didn’t have one, but that the transaction was simply a deposit. She insisted on seeing an ID, even though I’ve made similar deposits countless times without needing one. I showed her my Colorado digital ID from the myColorado app on my phone, which is a valid and accepted form of identification in the state. However, she refused to accept it and demanded a physical ID. When I explained that my physical ID had expired and that the digital ID is an official replacement, she remained rude and dismissive.
The situation worsened when the manager, Luis Lopez, got involved. I’ve interacted with him before, and his customer service skills left much to be desired. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, he kept repeating, “This is how we do it,” without considering the specific context or offering a solution.
The most frustrating part was the inconsistency in their approach. Just three days prior, I had made a similar deposit with another teller who was courteous and accepted the digital ID without issue. There’s no consistency in how this branch handles deposits or IDs, and it’s incredibly frustrating as a long-time customer.
This wasn’t the first time I’ve had positive interactions with other staff members at this branch—some of them are friendly and welcoming, particularly those who work in the mornings. However, the lack of professionalism from this particular teller and manager left a negative impression. It’s disappointing to be treated so rudely, especially when I’ve been a loyal customer for years.
The deposit slip had all the necessary business information, and normally, the tellers don’t even ask for an ID for deposits. When they do, I show them my digital ID, and they’ve always been fine with it. It was completely random that they chose to be rude this time. The funny part was the manager’s response—he acted like this was a standard procedure, even though I had done the same thing just three days prior without issue. It felt unnecessary and frustrating, so I decided to leave.

Svetlana was one of the most rude people I’ve met in my life. Was yelling at an elder Asian gentlemen for not being able to comprehend her. Proceeded to treat him as if he was stupid.
Then treated me terribly.

I tried to deposit a check that was from Canada in US funds and some teller named Louis pretty much stole my check from me and charged me 80 buck saying that he has to take my check to some kind of collections? Was trying to deposit that check and now it's missing. This place is a horrible freaking bank. I'm super upset with this stupid branch!!

They would not break a hundred dollar bill into twenties that came from their own ATM machine from outside as that was the only choice that was given. Go inside and told we can't do it . I mean come on guys are you that lazy. what do you think I am passing funny money at a bank? Worthless, inept and dumb policy and tellers. this is a basic courtesy . fed ex office next door did it no questions asked ......Pathetic excuse of a bank. and a waste of my time. what are they losing money by doing the simplest of tasks. I wish zero stars was an option

We just went into this bank to deposit change that we had. Employee gave us most of them back claiming they were either under or over. We opened one in the bank to check and it was the correct amount needed. This change was for bills and it's very frustrating to now not even know how much got correctly accepted and what we have left over. Not a pleasant experience and likely won't be coming in this store in the near future. The other Hampden store should've never been closed in favor of this one.
EDIT: After counting what they gave back we believe they gave us 30 dollars less in the account than what they accepted, so now we aren't sure if this bank outright stole money from us???? (around more than 200 in change, only given 105 back and only 80 dollars put in the account?)

This bank used to be ok. Now, you can't even hear because of the loud music playing throughout the lobby. TURN OFF THE DAMN MUSIC!! Teller refused to cash a check (written on a Wells Fargo account). I have a business account there and she said I can only cash a check if I deposit to a personal account and then withdraw the cash and thatbi needed tonooen a personal account. This is completely untrue. I always cash checks written off wells fargo accounts made out to me personally (not the business) the teller accused me of fraud. This is how Wells Fargo treats long standing customers and someone who is disabled. Shame on you. Time for me to go to another bank. No wonder they are closing several more branches...they lose business by hiring idiots!! I would also like to know why Wells Fargo allows a Teller to have a cell phone at their teller station... this is NOT allowed by banking standards... are you stealing account information??

Terrible customer service - was told to basically screw off and make an appointment to have the most basic of customer service requests met. Nothing above and beyond... deposit print-outs were what I asked for. The teller has zero pride in their job, and so too is the case evidently with the bank when it comes to hiring and training.

I love how 4 employees are doing nothing while 10 people stand in line with 2 tellers. They sure got up quick at 5pm. Never fails this is the worst run branch I have ever been to. This is every time I come here. So frustrating, makes me want to switch banks every time

I like the bank tellers that work here. However, every time I come here, I'm in line with about 10 other people and there's only one bank teller. It's annoying!!!

I stood in line for 30 minutes without moving forward once. There was a line out the door so I can only imagine how long it will take them… There is one staff member working with 3+ walking in and out without offering any assistance. I need to find a new bank, it’s ridiculous it needs to be such a hassle to deposit money.
