I stood in line for 30 minutes without moving forward once. There was a line out the door so I can only imagine how long it will take them… There is one staff member working with 3+ walking in and out without offering any assistance. I need to find a new bank, it’s ridiculous it needs to be such a hassle to deposit money.

I no longer bank with Wells Fargo. I had a account with them for years, and due to their own error, they transferred my money into a wrong account, took no accountability, and had the audacity to charge me outlandish fees in the process. I filed a complaint with Federal banking regulations, closed accounts and a few months later said banking institution was all over the news nationally for fraudulent banking practices.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRANCH ! Personally this branch is the saddest representation of wells Fargo and they should replace the manager and the staff he trained or close the branch entirely. I deal with Wells Fargo with cashing checks from several of my customers who issue checks to my own business . I have video of them destroying my check they refused to cash on a Wells Fargo bank note From Western Union then lying to me and refused to follow consumer rights policies when the three individuals failed to give me their names. Whom ever reads this and cares about their job, send me a contact number to resolve.

This bank has on average 1 employee doing everything, they run skeleton crews to cut costs and it's disgusting.

I apologize to the 2 bank tellers who had to experience my frustration from the long, long, long wait in line that I expressed on Friday. It is not their fault. This problem with their ATM has been ongoing, and instead of replacing their machine, they are attempting to repair it. I wish they would at least provide seating, since this 81 year old would be happier with something to sit on. It seems to be a universal problem, because I left 1st Bank because of the same situation. I don't know if their other branches have this problem, but I would avoid this one at least.

The teller told me the appointments for notary are given a grace period of 10 minutes, it was 2:05 and the appointment was at 2, I had to wait 5 minutes to get my paper notarized. I go to the banker to start the notary and a couple walks in and she says “oh they are here I can’t notarize your paper, I give my clients 15 minutes.” They didn’t have to lie, they could have just said no. She was rude about it as well.

The woman named Larisa with glasses that works as customer service was mean and overstepped her boundaries by interfering with client’s decisions. What troubled me even more was that she was racist and clearly segregates people, sees herself as someone above other nationalities. I dont have anything negative towards Wells Fargo, but only positive experiences, and I regret to say that Larisa’s actions and behavior left me feeling offended and upset.

The tellers seem to have little or no training. A 5 minute transaction takes at least a half an hour if not longer.

The store manager should never work with the public again. Refused to notarize a simple form and proceeded to educate me on how a notary works. Never did see her license to practice law.

The branch manager Yusuke is very professional and very knowledgeable. I came in frustrated at first after talking with him it felt like a safe warm hug. I had some bogus overdraft fees and he got to the bottom of it in no time. I will only come to this location from now on. Incredible customer service from the banker, teller and manager. Great team here.
