Pharmacy department- 1/29. A basic transaction was met with crass behavior, absence of empathy, and poor customer service. Customers represent people who may be a little sick or battling an illness with no cure. I don't know if the pharmacy person who waited on me was in crisis, or just hangry, but she should not be working with the public.

I'm not sure what's going on with the staff at this location. Cashier at self-checkout screaming at the top of her lungs across the store, like a creature from the ghetto. Aggressively arguing with customers and staff. Manager couldn't calm her down. Every other word out of her mouth is the F bomb. I tried to file a complaint with the store manager. But she seemed afraid of the employee. She ended up having to ask a supervisor to help out. I think she was afraid of being beaten up. Beyond that, if you have a loose cannon like this. You should fire her on the spot. Absolutely no reason to have to deal with this trash. Fingernails, so disgustingly dirty it looked like she was digging in her a$$.

I've had repeated issues with this Walgreens Pharmacy being unreliable. On multiple occasions, they've closed without any prior notice, leaving me unable to pick up my essential medications. This uncertainty is not only inconvenient but also stressful, as I'm left waiting to see if they'll open the next day. I also have to go through the hassle of transferring my prescription to another location, which involves more waiting for the prescription to be fulfilled. Such inconsistency in service is unacceptable, especially for a pharmacy where people rely on timely access to their medications.

This Walgreens pharmacy is horribly disorganized and gives out inaccurate times that prescriptions will be ready and then, on top of that, they're not ready when I'm told they will be. This has been consistent. Time for me to change pharmacies!

Elizabeth Church-Waggoner, manager of the Pharamcy, talked to me and her employee disrespectfully when asking a question and dealing with a situation. An employee had given me the wrong prescription and I had already paid and I let her know that this transaction was incorrect and it was the wrong prescription. The employee had asked a question about this prescription and she belittled them by telling them to read in a sarcasm way. I also told the employee I no longer needed this prescription as it cured coughs and I have strep throat so I no longer needed this and to please cancel it, but they still included it and charged me regardless. I let them know that this was incorrect and Elizabeth told me I had a "poor mood" and came to the register walking to me aggressively. I couldn't believe she talked to me like that and then I was scared and felt threatened. She then became louder and in my face across the register table in front of her employee and other people waiting. She was talking to me disrespectfully like she was going to do something to me. I told her I want to speak to a manager and she said she is the manager. Wouldn't give me her managers name other than "G". I have seen her talk to her employees like this previously while being there and also with people asking questions about prescriptions whether it be her own employees or people asking about their prescriptions. Horrible management, customer service and worst Pharamcy I've ever been to. Seems like everyone else agrees!!

Pharmacy closed during regular business hours. Hire staff to cover services so they aren't closed when people need to access to them. Wasted my entire work break to get medications only to find out they will just close the pharmacy in the middle of the day.

I would go out of my way just to never use this Walgreens again. I had called to ask a question and in the middle of my question was transferred to another person (don't know if this was a different location or department? But I started speaking with a male and was put on hold, then the phone re-rang and a woman answered with no clue what I was talking about), I reasked my question and this woman very rudely told me they couldn't help me and hung up. I definitely do not recommend this Walgreens to ANYONE, you're better off driving 5 minutes down the road and going to another location. Don't waste your time on RUDE STAFF AND HORRIBLE SERVICE.

Horrible service. Employees are so rude. If you need meds quick - do NOT go here. I was incredibly sick and it took 4 hours to get antibiotics.

I agree with other negative reviews regarding the pharmacy. It is very unreliable and it takes a minimum of 15-20 minutes to run in and grab a prescription. Unorganized, chaotic, unfriendly staff. Finally made the switch to a new pharmacy and should have done it years ago.

My prescription for asthma was delayed for over a week. Kept checking in as I'm out and it was supposed to be ready today. I looked at the website and they're CLOSED. Tried to call another pharmacy and was put on hold for an hour before I gave up. They should have let people know they're closed and let us get meds elsewhere. Taking my business to king Soopers. F*** uou Walgreens!!!!!

Pharmacy hasn't filled my Rx for two weeks and a day now. Said out of stock so had to order more...no problem, I'm used to that which is why I order days early. Now they're on shortened hours and the pharmacy is closed half the day, so even though I was told I'd have my script in by yesterday morning (after being told it wasn't ever ordered initially 2 weeks ago after my doc sent the Rx...) it's still not here and it's Fri afternoon. I'm going on 2 weeks without a medication I've had for decades for the first time in my life because of this pharmacy. (And it's not on a nationwide shortage, I checked. And they confirmed it's not on a shortage and that they simply had to place an order...) And I'm from NYC where everything is harder than it should be but this is the worst I've seen. Everyone that works there is nice and It's close and convenient but it's definitely time to switch it up once and for all. So sad and honestly infuriating. It's affecting my day to day life to not have my medication that regulates my mental health. It's not ok to mess with people's meds. Not to mention it's $30 more a month to fill my Rx here than other pharmacies. I thought I was paying for convenience but now I'm paying extra for a headache and emotional side effects on one of the most important weeks of my life.

DO NOT attempt to shop here if you have a mobility disability, (e.g. walking with a cane) !!! They do not provide shopping carts, so you are limited to purchasing only what you can carry in a basket, and they don't provide assistance to help with carrying items. The manager said they stopped providing carts because they get stolen too often, and corporate won't let them reorder.
