seriously don't bother coming to this walgreens if you need a prescription. I've called over 5 times about a prescription and every time say it will be ready in 90 minutes, and when I show up, it's not in stock and to come back. so unhelpful and unorganized. they wasted my time. I don't ever write reviews but this is ridiculous.

I hate this place so much due to the pharmacy and how poorly it's managed. EVERY time we try to get a vaccine or a prescription it's messed up. I order the prescription to be delivered, and it says something funky like "waiting for FedEx" for 5 days before I call and they tell me to cancel and reorder. Well, once you cancel, their app won't let you reorder. Today was the last straw. We knew we'd be in for a wait for our flu shots but 40 minutes later we finally walked out. YES we had an appointment. FORTY minutes is BS! I am done. I don't know where I will get my prescription filled now but it will not be at a Walgreens that much I know for sure. Now to find a flu shot.....

Do NOT use this or any Walgreens for anything related to Medicaid. They will not fill your prescriptions or give you vaccines. Don't waste your time.

I never write reviews unless some place is incredible or awful. This is the absolute worst Walgreens Pharmacy I have ever been to. It takes them hours and often times days to fill prescriptions, if they don't loose it. The front desk has no idea what they're doing, they're beyond rude and should tattoo "we'll call you when it's ready" on their forehead's. They need more staff, period. It should not take 3+ hours to fill a prescription.

Never been treated so rudely in my life. I scheduled a vaccine appointment and showed up early. Was told "we don't take same day vaccination appts" even though appt was scheduled on line. After "checking with the pharmacist" was told that they would see me. There was literally no one in the entire store. But after fighting to be seen, they DIDN'T have the vaccine that I needed! No apology, no thought to call me and let me know that they had ran out of vaccine, so wasted an hour driving back and forth. If Pharmacists want to be treated like doctors, then they should act professionally. Go any where but Walgreens for pharmacy services.

The worst! Lost passport photos! I was told 20 minutes and waited 40 minutes before checking back in. Told they weren't ready and to come back later. Returned 2 days later and they are lost! No one working photo on a Monday to help take a new one at 5pm either. Photo department staffed only the mornings before 8- 3pm. I will return tomorrow morning but doubt there will be anyone there. We shall see.

So all Walgreens are pretty horrible, but this one takes the cake. Several times I've been in and found items with sale stickers. When I bring said item to the register, it never rings on sale and they refuse to honor the sale. The last time I was told well the sale sticker says it ended on January 31st. It almost the end of March, why do you still have sale stickers up that ended 6 weeks ago? Learn to merchandise your store properly and quit screwing your customers. Not to mention if you need to go to the pharmacy here, better block out 2 hours of wait time. The staff could clearly care less, which I don't blame them for that, since obviously Walgreens doesn't care to train or support them properly. As I said before, all Walgreens suck and don't really need to be open anymore. There are faster more efficient pharmacies at Safeway, Walmart, and target, and not every item is overpriced like at Walgreens

Had appt for COVID booster, stood in line for 15 mins behind TWO people before getting to the counter for employee to tell me vaccinations for the afternoon were cancelled due to no staff. Please don't offer services that can't be provided- I took a half-day off of work for nothing.

This the worst place to go for anything that requires service. The druggists could care less if you're helped or not. I gave them some slack during the pandemic when it was total chaos, but they've actually gotten worse in the past few months. I had a covid booster shot scheduled for 2 weeks, and after I stood in line for 40 minutes, (with only 10 people in line) I just happened to hear them tell a customer that they weren't giving shots that day. No calls or notifications to let people know that their scheduled shots were not going to happen.

Miranda has such a poor attitude. She needs a job that doesn't work with the public. She argued with 3 customers during my almost hour wait for a covid booster.

This is one of the worst Walgreens pharmacies in Denver. They never answer the phone, they are completely unhelpful and routinely shut down the drive through. HATE working with them.

Worst customer service for a pharmacy ever. Also what pharmacy on planet earth closes at 6pm? The staff here is extremely lazy and rude - they constantly talk loud and announce customers prescriptions out loud. No courtesy of privacy. Worst pharmacy ever.

I live in the neighborhood & this used to be a decent neighborhood Walgreens, now it is the WORST EVER!!! Do not get your RX's filled here if you can help it! Go to Safeway across the street. This Walgreens is understaffed, take forever, the drive thru goes from open to closed randomly & the line to pick up RX's goes out the door! There is MAJOR PROBLEMS with the management and district management at this store to allow this to go on for as long as it has in a busy college area. They blame it on post-Covid staffing issues but gimmie a break, that's just an excuse at this point. Make the necessary adjustments to compensate management, the rest of the world has. I've had enough, the corporate office needs to fix it immediately!! It's utterly ridiculous!!! I would give them negative 5 stars if it was possible. Go somewhere else!

If you'd like to meet the most incompetent employees you've ever met then this is the place for you. Took me 2 hours standing in line at the pharmacy and when I finally got to the front of the line, it took the woman working the computer 25 minutes to turn around and grab my prescription on the shelf. Asked me probably 20 times what my name was. I will be changing pharmacies this is the last time i miss class trying to fill a prescription.

Who has an hour of time to wait in line for one prescription. Been using this Walgreens since 2005, absolutely ridiculous. ibhave to go here 3-4 times to attempt to pickup. You closed drive through and I have to go in every time to see how long the line is. You shortened hours, making it even harder to get. you need to be open 24 if your service is this slow!!!!
