They have jacked up the prices for easter. AND. items do NOT scan for the same price as shown on the shelf. My small Basket was $32.00 more than prices checked during shopping. Needless to say, I walked out without purchasing anything. Manager just shrugged.

This store is filthy! Employees are lazy and don't give a damn!! Floors so dirty the health department should be notified!!!if the front of house is this dirty , you know the bs k is disgusting! The parking lot is full of trash too! No pride from management is quite evident!!

Once again Safeway you have outdone yourself in the grocery pickup!! I check NO SUBSTITUTIONS every time and once again Safeway thought I needed them. To a ridiculous amount of money and product. Example: Blackberries we're on sale. They were out and instead of a couple bucks I got charged $10.00!!!! Between that and the subbed out soda (Barqs:89cents....subbed for AW $3.98) Between those 2 substitutions I was charged almost 15 dollars as opposed to 4 dollars! If Safeway is going to insist on giving me unwanted substitutions they should price match. This is ridiculous!!!!! This was only 2 items and there were several others even was charged for a FREE item. I also was the lucky recipient of a SUPER expired block of mozzarella. Y'all didn't even try. Groceries are super expensive in general. It's not your place to decide how I spend my grocery money. Side Note: went inside the store and all the (original)missing and substituted items were more than available.....so y'all lazy

If I could give this place less than one star, I would. The machine that they use for self-checkout took money out of my mom's bank account - about 70 dollars - for a 10.87 charge. When speaking with the manager, he was rude, wouldn't listen, and just continued to say "I'm not going to argue with you," when she is concerned about where her money went. Why was she charged 70 dollars and then was supposedly given '60 dollars back in cash' when she didn't pay for her groceries with cash in the first place. Her account shows how much money was taken out and it's ridiculous that a manger of an establishment wouldn't be more open to helping.

Don't bother calling the store they won't answer. Also don't be surprised if your order has been delayed and good luck trying to talk to anyone about it.

It's a grocery store on one of the busiest streets in Colorado, so I honestly didn't have much expectations for it, and so should you. I don't go to this store for a reason, that being that the customer service here is awful, it's not very clean, the produce isn't great and bathrooms are locked down, so when I had to go I couldn't and had to checkout and actually find somewhere else to go. Overall, this is a frustrating grocery experience and I'd avoid it if possible.

I like coming to this Safeway. It's nice and clean and a pleasant place to shop. Everything I need is usually in stock and I like that it's in a great location. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Does anyone even work here? Never stocked, rude staff yells about how no one does anything, also if you're looking for the salad dressing head to cookies and crackers, good luck out there

Slower Pace Safeway is usually a bit more pricier than other grocery stores, like King Soopers. Still, I like shopping here because the aisles are wider, and there are fewer people. That's a win any time!!

Unprofessional rude demanding and unhelpful These are only the nice things I have to say about the store they don't want post I can go and tell you the horror stories i've had to deal with over the years of the people work at the store I wish I could say I'll never go back unfortunately the closest thing to me do yourself a favor don't shop here don't let your friend shop here hopefully the store I'll get closed managements horrible completely unreliable they'll tell you were short staffed even the person telling you that doing nothing the final straw for me the store is getting to a yelling match with one of their sales associates because she insisted on helping me I'm a grown a** man I don't need help I definitely don't need to be belittled. To the people actually work at the store either actually help your customers or back up remember you're selling frozen pizza you're not doing anything important an unmonitored machine can easily exceed the expectations that were given to you To the people unfortunate enough to force to shop here or just have the The bad luck of thinking this is a store that well have I want Your selection is truly horrible and have a extremely hard time of keeping the things they sell most of in stock you're wasting your time If you're lucky as I am you might even get into a fight just trying to pay for your food horrible store close it down boycott it whatever needs to be done

I purchased a food storage container that was broken, though I didn't find out until I went to use it weeks after the purchase. I no longer had the receipt, and I went to the store to replace it. I waited 15 minutes for help, then I was told because of COVID, they were not accepting returns. Then, with a smirk, the clerk said, "Plus, you don't have your receipt, so what do you expect us to do?" Though I wanted to respond with, "I expect to purchase functioning items," I turned and left for King Soopers, a store I will give 100% of my time and money to now. The clerk's refusal to find a solution, zero respectfulness, and an overall lack of customer service prompt me to give just one star - I'll never go back to this or any Safeway again!

It's always funny to read the harsh judgements from others but I can only speak of my own experience. I appreciate this local grocery so much. The employees are always friendly and they have everything I need. Thank you for staying open during these difficult times. We appreciate you.
