Can't keep posted hours. My wife just had spinal surgery. We had her post op pain prescriptions sent to this location to be filled. They filled the prescriptions but the pharmacy closed early with no posted notification online. My wife is without the pain relief we entrusted them to not only fill but expected them to be open as posted.Walgreen's is not to be trusted. Beware!

Don't ignore the negative reviews about this pharmacy. I'm not one to leave negatives myself but they truly take the cake on poor service. Terrible communication, rude staff, slow refills, long wait times in person or over the phone, etc. God forbid you have to fill a controlled substance because they will come up with a problem on every attempt to fill. They delayed mine claiming insurance had denied it. But when I called my insurance they said it had been approved. Then this pharmacy delayed it -again- now claiming that my doctor's DEA License wasn't active. Upon a call to my doctor they were clear that wasn't the case; but when they attempted to contact this pharmacy themselves no one would pickup the phone. When I called the pharmacy to give them a heads up my doctor had left a message with the info needed to clear up any confusion- the woman I was speaking to got an attitude and claimed there was no message, essentially nothing they would do to try to resolve it, refused to give a number for my doctor to call them at, and said that I'd have to just get the prescription from a different doctor. Right... I'll just walk in and get a script for a controlled substance from someone else real quick. Are you kidding me?I have now missed multiple doses of a much needed medication because they failed to communicate in a timely manner and can't be bothered to even attempt to fix issues on their side. If there's a medication you NEED don't ever use this pharmacy. The same doctor they're claiming doesn't have a valid license sent the script to a different pharmacy and I got it filled and picked up within an hour. Corporate/management-- if you can't be bothered to get the pharmacy at least half way functional just shut it down already. Unacceptable.

THEY STEAL YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS Id give this place zero stars if I could, I was prescribed OxyContin for my back pain, they told me I had to go to a different location to get my filling and when I came to the other location they said it had already been filled, the pharmacists here steal your prescriptions for themselves , which makes sense because it's ran like their all on stolen drugs, all they do is take random drugs and give out the wrong information to people, I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Now I need to go back to the hospital and get all of my prescriptions rewritten to a different store, far far away from this horrible place.

Every time I walk into this Walgreens it looks like it was just looted. It's a dirty wreck. Today, the cashier had a cat with her. Also, please update pharmacy hours. I came needing to fill an urgent prescription. Pharmacy was closed when they posted that it was open.

Don't bother trying to call. THE PHARMACY NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE!!!! You will definitely be on hold for at least an hour even if you're "next up" on the list.

It not even one star. Worst pharmacy ever! Waited 3 weeks for a vital prescription. Pharmacists are always on bake and often not available. Do not go here!

Horrible pharmacy experience. First of all the drive thru is closed unless you need to get a Covid test.... Great, guess who got to walk through the whole store Covid POSITIVE? Just to stand in a line for 10 minutes just to be told it would be another 35 minute? Kinda defeats the purpose of trying to keep people safe.

Do not go to this Walgreens. There is a reason it gets such low ratings. I've been waiting on a flu shot for an hour. Whoever is running this location should be fired immediately as my dog has better leadership skills. Disaster. Clueless.

This pharmacy is perhaps the least customer oriented of any USA business. We changed our pharmacy from Safeway (very satisfied) because as Covid started and at our ages 77/79 we needed a pharmacy where we did not have to go inside. We both take several different medications. This pharmacy seems to be so poorly run that there is always a significant line of cars to wait through at the outside pickup window, although it was not that bad when we moved over in March of 2020, but every day since it has gotten worse. Today after 45 minutes and waiting behind 4 cars in line, I finally got to the pharmacy window only to find that my Eliquis that had been ordered before Thanksgiving was not ready (supposed to be ready after noon on Friday (now Monday noon). I was told brusquely that I would need to go to the back of the line which was now five cars long or come inside and wait at the counter. Told clerk that i had not been in a store for two years that was why we had our prescriptions transferred to Walgreens. With a "who cares: attitude she informed me that it was either go to the back of the line, come inside or come back some other time. Called our Doctor, can't have this prescription changed but we're now having all our prescriptions changed back to Safeway.

We go here all the time to drop off FedEx smart posts packages. And the lady with long blonde hair (sorry didn't get names) gonna try and tell me they don't do usps packages. Was very condescending. We understand but this was a fedex Smart post which goes through fedex then usps. If they actually knew a thing or two they would know that. Then they try and tell us no one has picked up a package I'm 2 weeks. Bish I was there Thursday and the lovely lady then (honestly) was more than helpful and got my package out and picked up. Tf you talking about. First gonna condescend and talk to us like we don't know what we're doing and then lie? Cmon y'all are better than this.

This is the most disgusting behavior ever received! My Vet called in a prescription for my dog and they never answered so the info was left on the pharmacy voice mail. She advise that I call first to make sure they filled it. I have been on hold now for the second time ( the first time they hung up after I held for 20 minutes.) for 1 hour and 7 minutes. I can hear them pick up the phone and put it back on hold. I have attached a screenshot of the time I am holding. I cannot check the automated system since my vet did not tie the prescription to a phone number so the only way I will know is to talk to someone. This is disgusting, if they cannot service people they should close down.

If I could give 0 stars I would! The worst customer service on the planet! I understand everyone is short staffed and dealing with covid restrictions. I think customer service starts from the top, that is, management..no such thing here..last year there was a walkout..the entire pharmacy staff walked out..hmmm! I can NEVER reach a tech..today for example I called 5 times..each time it went to a hold position and it sounded like someone picked up then placed me on hold then eventually I was disconnected! I started calling them at 3pm.. by 5 pm - still never spoke with the pharmacy - I gave up and decided to transfer my prescription to King Soopers. I even called back and spoke with store manager (long wait to speak with her). She said she would walk over and ask someone to pick up. Put on hold for 23 minutes, then disconnected again while on hold. THEY ARE THE WORST! Will never darken their doorstep again! By the way this is not the first or even the 5th time this has happened..and way before covid too.

This store is slow and empty, that's the reason I , (used to)!!!) like it... But the last few days have been too much!! I have been trying to reach the pharmacy and they let it ring forever!!!!!, and then hang up on you. !!! Actually, they don't even answer the phone!!!, They just pick it up and put it on hold... Hold for at least 10 to 12 times (where is the computer apologizes - LOL!) , & then at the end it was ringing until it hung up... Sometimes they just pick up and hang up!!!!! ... Rude beyond belief and I haven't even gotten to talk to anybody yet!! I Also remember going in the store... And there was absolutely nobody in the store (no patrons/customers), yet I couldn't get help, or find anyone to ring me out... !!! If I were you, I would really rethink using this Walgreens... There are so many other wonderful ones. That being said, time to take my own advice, and schedule elsewhere. Have a good day. Hope this was helpful. Elizabeth.
