Terrible customer service at this location. They change their “policies” every other time we go in! Ridiculous. The manager has no business being in this industry and, the head teller is the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with! I’ll never go back to this location again and it’s right down the street from me!

Plan on 30 minutes or more of waiting in the drive in line. Have to spend an hour out of my work day to drive to and from the bank and wait in line. I hope they open the lobby soon, or expand their hours again. Tellers are friendly and helpful.3/16/2021 UPDATE. Things have been much better the past few months. I'm glad US Bank figured this out.

The day I opened my account a saw employees sitting quite close to me not wearing masks. The drive thru ATM is always grimy and obviously unsanitized ATM terminals, terrible customer service from ban that seems to be going bankrupt. hence closing so many branches. In one occasion i needed to reset ATM while sick with Covid they requested me to complete transaction in the branch.

Not impressed by the branch manager who was okay with me waiting for 40 minutes to get Visa gift cards since he is the only one that can get them from the back room. Only a lady by the name of Destiny at the bank cared that I had been waiting. I truly appreciated her diligence. Just wished the branch manager had the same radar as to customer service.

Dont believe what Bruno tells you about your loan. This is the worst bank, it’s always been the worst bank. This branch is especially poor. Might be okay for a credit card or checking account.

Only does Western Union for their customers, so don't bother if you don't have US Bank
