Update on 9.28.23 Sir, i judged you by how you treated me. As a customer, i came to your shop to buy as any other customer, you treated me differently than the other customers in your shop at the same time. you should treat all the customers equally regardless of their skin color thats how people's judge you and your business.
I went there for the first time, and last time, he was rude. Maybe because I'm brown, I saw him smiling and greeting other white people. It's shame

Datura is a go-to for me for gift giving - decor, local gifts and the best jewelry! It stands out for the amazing people that work there like the owner, Jonah, who takes time to talk plants with you and never seems to tire of it! I arranged a terrarium building class recently with some friends and it was the best way to spend a Sunday morning. Jonah spent time teaching us about the whys of terrarium building and took us through selecting our plants and decorating our terrariums with fun mosses, rocks and crystals. We had so much fun that I ended up building two terrariums and am now daydreaming about more...

This store is fabulous!!
I was in Colorado from Chicago and needed a few small gifts for my nephew and his family. I definitely found something for everyone! They have the most unique, useful and creative items. They wrapped everything too—completely exceeded my expectations!
If I didn’t have to fit it into my luggage I would have grabbed a few things for myself.

Absolutely LOVE this place! My friend and I were waiting for a table at the restaurant next door and popped in to check it out. They have beautiful plants and lovely pots. My friend purchased a plant and pot and they were kind enough to put it together for her so she didn't have to worry about planting it at home. They have a fantastic selection of candles and paper items. It's a great place to find a unique gift or something fun for yourself!

First time here; I love the whimsical items the store has to offer. Bought a gift, wrapping paper and ribbon. I'm in love with the weight of the wrapping paper, it's so hard to find quality paper anymore.

Jonah is THE plant doctor and has the best items/plants in a plant store I've ever seen. I have gotten so many beauties from this store and if I ever fall short of taking care of said plants, he and his staff are always a phone call away. Have loved this location ever since it's opened in Central Park. We are SO incredibly lucky to have this and an amazing selection to boot. Thank you Jonah and staff for creating such a loving, warm, plant place!

Love this shop! The staff and owner are so helpful and invested. I love to stop in on my way home from brunch at Hashtag or stop in when I'm looking for a specific plant. I was able to purchase a very healthy variegated string of pearls during their July 4th sale for 30% off. I would highly recommend them for their staff assistance/knowledge and plant selection. Go check them out!

This little shop is to die for! Quality plants you can tell are loved and cared for by the owners ready to take home and love on! The gift shop also carries some fantastic brands such as TokyoMilk, and Voluspa. Plenty of wonderful items I will guarantee you don't walk out empty handed!

I absolutely love this shop! I bring family in with me whenever we are in the area. The owners are always willing to help! Plus there is an adorable dog, with such calm energy that is always in the shop too. I most recently got an Oaxilis from them and it's doing great! They take very good care of their plants and I've never had an issue with finding bugs on my plants once they get home (like I've had with some other local shops).

A beautifully curated plant and boutique store! A wide variety of plants, planters, knick knacks and more. I could definitely easily spend 30mins in here without noticing. I purchased two small lowlight plants and a small planter. Their staff was friendly during checkout and offered up information slips on the plants I purchased which I found thoughtful. They also potted my plant at no extra charge. I would definitely be back!
