“So I moved away from my beloved hometown several years ago, I’ve been able to see Denver and Lakewood change so much in so many ways and for better or worse these guys embody the heart of the great things I remember from the nineties, as well as moving forward into the new decades of the millennium through their artistic expression. I feel proud to represent myself and my city in new places with their dynamic clothing. The shirt I ordered originally was out of stock but their customer service was impeccable, prompt emails from a passionate rep that really made me feel as though they cared about my investment in their brand which reflects on the artists and designers as well. We had comical chats about blinky the clown and they even sent me a killer sticker pack just to be cool. Shipping was lightning fast even to New Orleans. When I choose to rep my myself through my city and its talented creators abstract is my ride or die.

“So much to say about Threyda. My girlfriend originally introduced me to this company with her first purchase of a kimono. I had just lost a good deal of weight on the road to a healthier lifestyle and I needed to replace my entire wardrobe. Well Threyda offered apparel in the exact direction I wanted to go. Unique, elegant, limited quantity, wearable art that are mostly subtle enough for casual wear as well. I am currently 90% complete transforming my entire wardrobe to pretty much just Threyda. I get compliments. I like knowing that there isn't thousands of others rocking the same designs. CUSTOMER SERVICE A++ for real. I've had damaged items get replaced, I've received many heavy discounts, I've received free stuff. She sewed three separate pieces together to make a simple strapless dress into something much more. I know that any other Denver tailor besides Mia would not have had the faith, patience, kindness or skill to make it happen. Especially not for a reasonable price and under tight deadline. She really is wonderful!”

“This store is so dope and BEAUTIFUL. The selection of items for both snow and skate, the vibes, the staff, it all makes it worth it when I swing by. Just built and received my very first complete board setup for skating and I felt so taken care of through the whole curation of my request. Great vibes and conversations while my board was being setup and felt super stoked on supporting the business and grabbing one of their custom Emage decks. “I went to the cherry creek location today. The staff was so friendly. I was helped while looking thru all the maxi dresses. They checked on me to make sure I was doing ok. They offered my mom some water while she waited for me to try on. I will definitely be coming back even tho it’s 45 minutes from where I live but that’s ok”

“Do yourself a favor and go check out one of the best little shops in Denver! The owner, Deb, is such an amazing person and puts so much heart and creativity into her shop. She can also be your personal stylist and help you find things that you absolutely love.
She has items that will work for all styles and body types. I especially love Deb's Closet, which are pieces that are vintage and upcycled.

“I went to Dan Sharp’s store today to ask if he would give me an appraisal on a 1970s vintage fur coat that used to belong to my cousin and tell me what type of fur it was. He told me it was raccoon fur, a male coat and that I could probably start at $500 to sell it.
He was super, super helpful, and very friendly. So nice to be treated so warmly. He did not charge for the appraisal which I greatly appreciated. He also has a very nice and elegant store.”

She goes above and beyond for each and every customer and often times even runs the shop solo - because she’s a retail superhero. She is kind and will take great care of you! The Cherry Creek Denver Chicos and the Forum Chicos in Atlanta all have friendly helpful staff that work with the way you like to shop. Want to try everything on? Or Not? Prefer to be left alone until you have questions? Have arthritic hands and want them to follow you around and select stuff at your direction? They provide a great shopping experience and have super variety from dressy to business casual to comfy casual.”
