Customers report amazing service, describing the staff as a very kind bunch who are happy to help. They are recognized for perseverance, not calling it quits on difficult jobs, and for providing actionable advice. Reviews highlight instances where they successfully opened and repaired items like antique boxes and storefront locks for a very small charge, even when parts were unavailable. They are frequently recommended after other companies could not help, with many stating this will be their place for any locks, safes, and keys.
Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Surprising large inventory for a smallish place. Safes, keys and locks...its worth going outta your way for this place over any other.
