So many outages in the northeast Denver metro area for the last 6-8 months. Almost weekly in the last 3. Whatever system issues they’re having out here, they can’t get a handle on it. And can never get anyone on the phone to get refunded days where we have spotty access for 50% or more of the day. Centurylink is up for us. Neighbors all use them and say they’re much more reliable. Done with losing business and work time to this mess.

For me, my experience was stellar!Mya was amazing, she helped me with everything I needed. I bought a new phone and got the service with you and saved money from my last provider. We were having issues trying to get it set up. She worked thru it and kept a calm professional demeanor the whole time and very likeable. She made a connection, she promised she would get it handled 'TODAY' and she delivered. Definitely more employees like her. She went above and beyond and made it happen.

In November, I went to the Xfinity store in Central Park, and they gave me the option of leaving AT&T and taking my number to Xfinity with a $400 discount to get a new phone.
The store manager informed me that it wouldn't be a problem if I waited a few days (until Black Friday) to get my new iPhone 17 Pro Max.
It's worth mentioning that before all this, there was a lot of incorrect information before closing the deal with Xfinity.
But since I already had an internet account, we opened a new account in my husband's name. So far, so good. They even told us that my husband could also get the $400 discount even if he chose the S26, which won't be released until 2026.
On Black Friday, we went there to order my iPhone Pro Max 2017, and they simply wouldn't let me order it and said I would have to wait TWO MONTHS to order it.
I'm going to travel to another country, my current cell phone will stay with my father, and I'll be without a cell phone, and I won't even have a phone to transfer everything I have on my current phone.
I tried to talk to them, I contacted the call center by phone, and the first person who answered said that I could indeed order my iPhone and that they would transfer me to the sales department. When they transferred me, the next representative said that I couldn't have my iPhone and only after two months.
All this because of INCORRECT information from the Xfinity manager(ISAC) in Central Park, Denver.
If he had told me I had to order the iPhone on the same day I signed the contract, I would have ordered it.
Now I'm very frustrated and don't know what to do. I'll have to buy an iPhone without a discount from Apple to get my phone. Rest assured I won't recommend Xfinity to anyone and I won't be a customer of that company anymore.
What's the difference between selling me the iPhone today or two months later? I'm not asking for anything for free!

Terrible customer service. I had the line that connects my internet from the powerlines fall in my backyard and into the alleyway behind my house. No one can get out here to fix it for 2 days and its just laying there. The customer service reps are incompetent and you have to get transfered over and over again while repeating the same information to the next person, because none of the idiots actually communicate with each other for some reason. Definitely dropping xfinity since there has been nothing but problems with the connections since i started using them in june. Over 12 interruptions that go on for half the day if not longer. You're service is not worth the money and your call center people are so bad its impossible to get anyone that can actually help and get things resolved. Do better just do better you guys are terrible.

Xfinity is trash, wouldn't cancel my service and refund me for what ive payed. They also add a 25 fee if you want just mobile from them. Thats a monopoly and illegal. Mint has unlimited for 15 a month. Xfinity you should be shut down and closed as a business. Assurant as well they made me but a phone after years of having their insurance. Now getting a reimbursement for that phone is impossible. This is so wrong. Don't get trapped

I’d been having trouble disconnecting my internet for about six months and couldn’t get it sorted out over the phone. I went into the Xfinity store, and Mya was amazing! She was professional, knowledgeable, and so helpful. She fixed the issue and even got me a refund. Thank you!
