Horrible experience! I’ve had Xfinity Comcast for over a year in my last apartment (Mansion Park apartments in Central Park) and never had a problem. I moved on September 26. I logged in to change my address on October 10 and by all appearances, it appeared the change of address went through. However, I’m not getting any internet service. I’ve had to use Cellular Data in my new apartment while waiting for the company to switch my service. I went into Xfinity on Northfield Blvd to ask why my internet and my tv streaming services are not connecting. A man named Luis tried to help but ended up asking another man to look up my account- this is a man who didn’t identify himself or wear a name tag (just a tattoo in another alphabet on his right forearm). When I was leaving I asked his name and he quickly said “Juan.” According to Juan, Xfinity didn’t approve my address change or did something incorrectly on their end. Long story short, Juan said he would help me get the account up to date. The price online was $140/month, but he upped the MPs to “up to 1,000 MPs” after I picked the lowest MPs option on my phone! AND HE also tacked on a $30/month fee for XFINITY VOICE, without telling me, which I did not ask for!!! They also added in the Family and Kids package without telling me, when I originally signed up to add the Sports and News package. The final price is over $180/month. I’m so upset that I’m considering canceling BOTH my internet and tv services immediately. I already sent a written request to cancel, online. I set up a different internet service (Quantum Fiber) and it’s only $40/month. No contract. JUAN should be fired. Luis tried to upsell me to switch my iPhone lines from AT&T to XFINITY and I’m glad I didn’t, as these Xfinity employees cannot be trusted. I tried calling 1-800-XFINITY for help because the online “chat assistant” features in the Xfinity app told me that no assistants were available at this time and I needed to call to get help. The automated robot on the other end of the phone asked me if I wanted to use the account linked to my old address. I said no, gave my phone number and was told by the robot that there is no account linked to my phone number. I have had the same phone number for years, way before I ever even used Xfinity. At first the robot refused to let me talk to an agent or representative without giving more details about the reason for my call. I asked to “remove services “ and was told “there are no agents available at this time because we are closed.” And then it told me to call back during business hours. Just ridiculous. I have to work tomorrow and am seriously upset that I won’t have time to call and get some help. There is a technician scheduled to come but the earliest they can come is in 4 days from now. Juan and Luis said I should schedule a tech “just in case” there are any problems. Meanwhile, my elderly mother who is housebound due to an injury, cannot watch the news or any of her favorite sports. She can’t even watch Amazon Prime or Netflix either, even though we are still paying for them both! This whole situation is just horrible.

This company is honestly horrible. I’ve been waiting for 4 days for them to fix my internet. No one has come any anytime I call I get no answers. Worst of all whenever I call the automatic voice machine just sends me in circle. Honestly I’m switching back to stars if this doesn’t get resolved asap because you guys suck

very bad experience, staff (Christian) did not do due diligence to check my phone was unlocked - ported my number. I came in with Service, and I left without - currently 2 days without service due to incompetence. When I asked for more help he shrugged his shoulders and didnt take accountability. You need better staff than this.

Warning !!! If you’re coming here to get service , I suggest you Dont . The employees here won’t help you much if they’re not getting commission out of the service . Better luck going to cherry creek or any other XFinity locationWent in and was told I needed to go to Apple Store to fix my issue despite wanting to buy a new phone . Probably because we wanted to upgrade but not open a line and then switch another line to the old phone .Process took almost two hours at the XFinity store at cherry creek . It’s probably why we were not given service at north field .After arriving at cherry creek xfinity was told I could’ve done the same process at north field .This north field location literally burned half of my day . We could’ve just done the service there but had to drive to cherry creek to get the same exact service .

I wish I would have gotten the name of the employee who helped us but he was so kind and helpful!! I have been trying to change account billing info and have had the hardest time getting help and navigating the app etc. I know to some it should seem obvious but I was struggling lol. Anyways my boyfriend and I went I to the store and he was so helpful with helping us navigate the app and changing what we needed changing!!! THANK YOU!!! ??

Unprofessional and rude employees. If you live in the area, technicians WILL skip appointments and leave you waiting all day. Spent the whole day yesterday waiting for technicians to arrive, scheduled 3 separate appointments and nobody showed up. Extremely frustrating waste of a day when you get stuck at home waiting for somebody to show up in the 3 hour windows of time they give you. I’d recommend going with any other store.

Talked to Diego and the manager Luis about some billing issues I had , they were both helpful, decent and to the point. From now on this will be my Xfinity store.

This is the worse company to have!!! I had Xfinity mobile sucks!! I had to call almost all the time because the data was not working , one time I called to pay for the mobile I stated that i was paying for the mobile the agent put that for the Wi-Fi , and they inactivated my number for a month late , while I called to pay them , after months sending me a bill 193$ while my number was inactive ,my monthly pyt was 45$ a month. Their agent did the mistake they make me pay for , they said that the 193$ I did not use but had to pay anyway or send to the collections which they did , I had to pay that just for that to stay on my credit report , I’ll not recommend this company plus they are not serious at all they tell you something do other , do not use them !!!

Juan was extremely unhelpful and come off as mean. I didn’t like the customer service in this location. I’ve been to better locations in Denver.

The customer service at this store is NON Existent I'm asking the guy(Juan ) who works there who sells the phones what's the difference between the iPhone 14 plus and just the regular iPhone 14 he proceeds to tell me they're over there and points to the display he was so fat and lazy when you walk through the door he never spoke no one ever greets you These people are very unprofessional they are literally just there for a paycheck steer clear from this place.
