I visited this store on December 3rd, 2023 at approximately 1:30-2:00PM. I was automatically able to get with a person for help. He asked for my ID and I showed him the one in my apple wallet. He asked his manager to come over and she said that she would not accept that. I told her that it has to be validated by the Colorado DMV. She said that I needed a "hard copy" of my ID and then asked if I had a picture of my ID. She said that would work. Clearly she shouldn't be a manager if she doesn't understand what a hard copy is, and she doesn't understand what a valid ID is. She told me they would not help me after I said I had used this ID two weeks earlier at the other location off of Colorado Blvd. She said I could go there then if that works. She turned away a customer who has been with xfinity for over a decade in a matter of seconds just because I probably look younger than I am. This manager was very rude and very disrespectful and she should be fired immediately or at least demoted because she clearly lacks any basic knowledge and her hospitality and service skills are very poor if anything. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. They will waste your time and most likely money for parking and not getting any help. I will change my review if I am contacted by Xfinity and they present me with a resolution.

Word to the wise: make an appointment before heading over. You may still wait a while, but not as long as you would without an appointment. I’ve now been to 3 different stores. First they gave me the wrong modem, then the second modem didn’t work either, and now they want to charge me $100 to have a tech come to my apartment. Don’t bother using the online assistant…it’s infuriating. You can talk to a real person if you call the 1-800 number (Google it…it’s not on their website). The people at the store are nice, but the whole system is messed-up and they seem to have a monopoly on Internet in the area.Update: after the 3rd modem didn’t work, I was able to get a helpful person on the phone who confirmed it was an issue with the cable line. She then sent out a tech and did not charge me. I eventually got everything working, but the whole experience was very frustrating.

I made an appointment online. I showed up 15 minutes early to my appointment and they checked me in. I sat for 10 minutes and then Alysia helped me return my equipment and upgraded my plan in another 10 minutes. Alysia was the real star of the show, she is worth her weight in gold - to the moon!

I had a great experience here, Demitri was absolutely incredible to work with. He really helped me to streamline and simplify the process of getting my Internet set up and I will definitely be in contact with him around other services and products in the future. I highly recommend working with Demitri at this specific location in Denver. 5 stars!

Went in Tuesday evening around 5:50 to get my preordered modem and supplies to install myself. All the reps were held up with customers and the manager (I got her title after) was greeting people as they came in. About 6 people came in and 40 minutes passed and manager is standing around drinking water before she said "you know what I'll go ahead and take you, I'm a manager, I'm not supposed to take customers, but this us ridiculous" which i took to mean the reps were taking too long with their customers. Really? most of us waiting just needed our preordered gear. so lazy.

I had an overall positive experience, I think there are great people working here. You may have to wait, but they really do their best and have fun doing it, plus it's a beautiful environment with charging stations and comfortable chairs and free parking. It's like going to the DMV but way nicer. Did I want to go? No. Did I have a decent time? Yes! All of the staff here was super helpful!!!Separately, Comcast's automated phone service sucks and hangs up on people, which is not providing great service, but that's weird corporate people ish, which has nothing to do with anyone at the actual store location. Just saying. For all the money Comcast makes, they can definitely provide real phone service instead of being cruel and greedy. Like for real. Starlink is gonna run you out of business. Get your ish together, corporate.

Waited an hour to just pick up a modem and tv box that I had already placed an order for ahead of time. It took two mins to just grab my order but it took an hour to get to me, I was fourth in line. Every time I’ve been here, the wait is super long and the staff doesn’t seem to factor that into their customer service approach. Everyone’s super friendly but some level of efficiency would be appreciated.

Amazing experience, the lady at the front are so friendly and easy with pretty smile. And the guy who took care of me, was so smart and quick. You might just need some time to find a parking spot by the street.

This is not a review for this store, just the company in general.Absolutely God awful customer service. I was on with the text support line and they straight up lied to me, stating that the technician would be here from 6-7... well, no one ever showed and now I'm without Internet for another 2 days. If you have the opportunity to use another Internet provider, I recommend you do that. This company does NOT value you or your time. They will gladly waste it and lie to you, for absolutely no reason.

I communicated with the representative for 20 minutes. After jiggling the cables they told me they would “send signals” to fix the issue. After that I needed an appointment. Useless

Ambrose is the man. He worked through multiple frustrating technical issues (Verizon’s, not his or Xfinity’s) to transfer our coverage. He made it as painless as possible, way easier than trying to do it via Xfinity’s chat.

I hate Xfinity I set my date for my wifi to move. They moved it early and sent the equipment in the mail early and to the wrong address. And I paid them early for service and they disconnected it and still took my money. I’ve been with them for 5 years and they’re trash but they have a monopoly in my area...
