Josh was a stellar example of friendly, helpful customer service. He was quick to help, very proactive in letting people know they were next in line and got us what we needed, answering all my questions with helpful tips and guidance. Thanks Josh! Went to drop of my modem and I was told they couldn’t provide any proof of receipt because they can only do residential.
Guy told me to return it to USPS. I asked for confirmation of USPS and not UPS. just drove to USPS and they said they have nothing to do with those.
Don’t expect this company to know their own procedures.

I just wanted to relay what a positive experience I had with xfinity. Zaid was my customer rep and I couldn't have been more pleased. He was very knowledgeable, so friendly and helpful. He renewed my contract quickly and efficiently. Thanks Zaid, I appreciate all the help!

Brandon was our store representative and he was AWESOME! Very knowledgeable of all products and current deals to get us the best value. He was very patient when we had to unfreeze our credit which took A LONG time. Ask for Brandon when you visit this store!!

I went in person to sign up for internet services. Young dark haired lady “helps” me throughout the process. Fails to make eye contact, tosses me the iPad to fill out my information, I pay, & she sends me on the way. Mind you, the entire time she’s trying to set up her personal iPhone. She failed to provide me with a welcome box & upon coming home I couldn’t connect my service. Worst human interaction I’ve had in a long time. Do better.

Friendly, young staff who are not empowered to resolve a customer's individual needs beyond the company's strict rules. Sometimes a wait. No way to call the store directly, which is a huge inconvenience. You have to drive there to get any questions answered.

Went to the store for wifi and it all went well. JJ T. helped us out, he was very friendly and professional, he helped us figure out prices and deal with any hiccups setting up our accounts. We got the deal we wanted and were able to set everything up

Great help at this store today. Brendon DeHoney solved a problem and improved our whole account at a better monthly price. Also notified us of a cool upcoming option next month to upgrade my wife's phone at no increased price by a trade in. He did all this after answering our initial question knowledgeable right away. Everyone in the store has been great on previous visits.

JARRAY at the S Colorado Blvd location in denver colorado did an awesome job helping me set up my xfinity internet and cable for my new apartment. He was fast, knowledgeable, and polite. I think there is a massive difference between trying to sell me on something and trying to inform me of something, and he did a great job of the latter. I felt like he was genuinely trying to help me with all my accounts and I appreciate that.
I’d highly recommend JARRAY (i think that's how you spell his name, sorry)

I had an amazingly helpful professional experience with a sales associate by the name of BRANDON. I had previously been assigned a person who was not very helpful they kept trying to sell me various packages etc.
I left them and found Brandon who step by step assisted me, as a senior person, to accomplish exactly the things I came to change with my internet and cable.
BRANDON was outstanding in his competency and knowledge of the process and products. He was also very patient and his professionalism is 5 Star!
