So now after having nothing but terrible experiences with company that won't admit their negligence , by withholding information like the pin of the phone to unlock or the correct account, . Asking me to contact apple for the pin and asking why do i need the pin after the contact was done? Here is more corruption they want to get pay for overrated payment according to them I want to take to court and they won't provide this company that now is trying to collect money? I’m sure Xfinity is a good company. I’ve had their internet and their online/customer service via phone is stellar. In person though this store is not up to the good standards of their online phone support.When I walked in they had me wait which is fine but there were 10 other people minimum that were waiting for I don’t know how long. And the reaction I received as soon as I walked in was irritation. As if my presence as a customer was unwanted due to the amount they had already waiting.There doesn’t seem to be any kind of motivation to make things faster from the employees.I see the kind of complaints that they receive in reviews which seem to be simple issues with lack of understanding but I know good customer service and while I was not helped the way they manage their customer traffic doesn’t seem to be beneficial for anyone.My recommendation would be to give customers an expected wait time so they know how long it will be for them to be served. Common courtesy and good customer service 101 basics. Hate giving 1 stars but until that changes I am not enthusiastic about this location.

Xfinity and Comcast used to be our TV channels now they are just the app Masters what on earth are you doing? Do you even understand what you have done to your own company you have segregated yourself out to the point where you are pointless sincerely yours longtime customer debating to stay.

Xfinity Mobile will not address or respond to a situation that has been ongoing for more than two months now, and I'm stuck with paying off a full price Pixel 8 because they did not honor the trade-in.

They've done a great job with this store. I was bringing back a TV box as I got all wireless TV boxes. There's such a great selection of phones here, I'm going to maybe switch to Xfinity mobile as well! It's a one-stop shop for everything digital! Cable TV, Internet & Mobile phone! There's home security also, so I might look into that too! They should sell TV's here! Cha Ching!

This xfinity has been my go to for the past five years. They are friendly and do not hassle customers for information such as a drivers license when they can easily look up your account by phone number or address. Whenever I go to this location, I get help pretty quickly and I feel as if the person is trying their best to solve my issue. Their priority is to help the customer and as long as you come in with a friendly attitude I'm very confident it will be reciprocated with patience and understanding. DO NOT GO TO THE CHERRY CREEK LOCATION. They are horrible with customer service and etiquette. They will waste your time and most likely turn you away to make their lives easier. Stick with the Colorado Blvd location for the best possible service xfinity stores have to offer.

Worse service ever!! I move to a new apartment and ordered services. I received the box and set it up, I had service for 2 days when they shut it off because the previous tenant didn’t pay their bill so they put a hold on the apartment for fraud! They took the money out of my account for the services, but deactivated my account for fraud because the previous tenant was a loser and didn’t pay their bill!! Can we say illegal to put a hold on an apartment?? And illegal to take money for services not received?? They didn’t call me to even ask if I was a new tenant and if I could show them a lease, they just shut it off, no word, no nothing. So disappointed and will be contacting an attorney and whoever else I can. Wow Comcast, wow!!

Alfredo Ochoa is the worst manager of any business. This location will scam you by opening new accounts under your name without telling you. Then the so called manager will just give you the 1800 number to call which they can’t help you with this issue. Scammers.
