The doctors are amazing here; I have no complaints about their care, "bedside" manner, knowledge, or office staff.
The only issue is that the entire team, except Jessica, is chronically late. I typically book morning appointments (usually the second or third appt of the day). They commonly arrive 15 - 20 minutes after opening and the start of the first patient's appointment. So, by my appointment time, they haven't even started or seen their first patient, which causes a domino effect for upcoming patients and, I assume, the rest of the day. Sometimes, I'll book in the afternoon; if I do, they will likely be running run 20-45 min late. The care is incredibly good, but the habitual lateness is highly disrespectful, disrupts business/patient flow, and is rude.
Being late shows a lack of respect for other people and their time, and when the doctors stroll in late, it's another minute stolen from patients' day, schedule, or plans. Patients are there on time (at least those I see in the morning), and arriving on time would be professional and respectful.
