This store gives a vibe of every employee being on the brink of quitting their job. Found one shirt my friend liked and it was damaged. Asked an associate to look for another one and they said they couldn't get it. Asked to speak to the manager Jose at the time, this guy haven't even made an attempt to crawl out of his back office hibernation!

I have been wanting to give this Denver store a review for years now but every time I get home I forget. Well not this time. I hate this store so much, I don’t know why but every time my husband goes in there I check out what is new, but it is a complete nightmare to try anything on due to the ridiculous lines, not to mention when is time to pay long lines and one cashier, the most I have seen is 2 cashiers with lines up to the middle of the store. I don’t understand why people shop this way, I see enough employees around but there are items on the floor all the time clothes in the wrong racks etc. Employees there are not even cordial. I am making myself the promise to never shop there again, and I will do everything in my power to have my husband not shop there either.

This is my favorite store to buy kids' clothes. A few months ago, a girl was super rude, for no reason. I guess she was mad because I had one item to return. Last time, I had quite a few items to return, and the guy helping me told me several times that I couldn't return anymore. I insisted on him taking one more look because I knew I still had a few more days to do that. He rudely sad that he wouldn't do anything, and told me to call customer service. I wasted more of my time calling customer service, no help, so I decided to talk to a girl on the floor and ask for the manager. I showed the manager my receipt, and guess what?! I still had almost a week left to return. The manager was super fast, 5 stars, and helped right away, but returns need to do some training.

Zara Denver is violating consumer implied warranty laws. They are knowingly selling faulty earrings that don't stay on in closed packaging. Then not telling customers about the no return policy both at the register and no signage so when they get home to try and use the product but can't because it's faulty the manager there specifically a horrible one named Laura is telling customers no returns since pacakge was opened. This is a violation of implied warranty laws and the proper authorities will be notified. This manager is so bad that rather than tell the customer that she will send a message to corporate about the faulty earrings and adhere to the laws and return the customers money, she opted to be a liability and negligent manger and told the customer nothing she can do. She didn't even offer an exchange for a product that may actually work. How this person is a manager of a store for a multibillion dollar company is beyond me. This store has poorly trained staff, is always a mess and doesn't follow the consumer protection laws. This sounds like a class action lawsuit. I'll never shop at the Denver location again and anyone thinking of buying their Jewelry or jackets since those fall apart lately as well should think twice. Buyer Beware.

Terrible customer service. My online order still hasn't shipped, and there is no update. I can't get anyone to give me information by calling customer service, and the item is now 2 weeks late. I won't shop here again.

I have been to many Zaras globally (especially in European countries) and it used to be my no 1 store to go shopping in when I lived in the UK, hands down. This Denver location has totally shifted my shopping behavior to the point that I don't even visit this store when I go to the Cherry Creek mall. Why? 1. Clothes have very little appeal... they either don't fit the season or just feel totally out of place (strange colors, patterns, shapes).. I am surprised by most of the stuff in there since this isn't what I picture Zara to be like (not much to find in terms of classic & casual wear). 2. Staff is rude- there is 100% an issue with the staff here since I haven't had a good encounter in the last 5 years. 3. So MESSY!! Stuff everywhere... wrinkled... unappealing.. 4. Long lines - not always but 8/10 (both fitting rooms and checkout). It's sad really... I've spent many of my $$$ at Zara globally over the years and would definitely love to spend more but this particular location just doesn't do it for me. Hopefully someone from HQ will see this review and decide to take a closer look at this store.

That is why I don’t like shop here . The staffs are rude and impolite. I was shopping here today and I picked 8 pieces clothes when I was still looking for something else , I put the clothes on the table where there is some jeans there while I was trying a jacket. The lady just stand by my side and move all my clothes from the table. And I told those were mine and I will try them on later, she seemed she didn’t know English and keep moving them. I said sorry, I will take them just one second. She didn’t care what I said. What …….
So I have to take them even the I can’t try the jacket anymore. The entire store was full of lifelessness because all the staffs are so lack off energy and carelessness.

I never write reviews and if I could give ZERO stars I would… but the level of TERRIBLE customer service I have received at this store is absurd.
First, the store smells like sewage and rotten eggs. Maybe nothing they can do about that issue but, already not pleasant…
I go to try on a few outfits in the fitting rooms and mid way through trying on clothes I asked the fitting room attendant “can you please grab me this in another size for me to compare and to try on?” She says, “let me check if we have it in that size” she grabs the skirt from me and says “it’s upstairs and you have to go up and get it yourself.” She then takes the skirt with her… ( which I wanted to compare them and needed it back to know which one I needed) and I still had other things to try on and had many clothes in the fitting room still. So, I change and go grab that size to try on. As I leave my room she proceeds to tell me “ you need to grab all the clothes in the room and put them on the rack” I had to take all the other clothes with me while I go grab the one skirt… very strange. I go upstairs and am looking for the skirt in my size, no where to be found… I ask another sales associate “do you have this skirt up here? they informed me doesn’t you do.” She says, “Let us check in the back” and comes back out to say, “we have to sort though shipment and that will be about 10 minutes…” FINALLY they sort through it and bring it to me eventually.
This is HORRIBLE treatment and since when do fitting room attendants make you go grab your own sizes and not do anything? It’s the little things, and safe to say, I will NEVER be shopping in this store. The managers don’t care and the employees have terrible attitudes too not willing to help at all.

fitting room girls were really short and rude with me. I asked for help finding a size and was told "no, you go look for it." I didn't know that was an unreasonable question.

Staff who don't care about the customer, endless wait at the checkout and no one moves. I left, leaving everything behind. Change your staff!!! Put a sign at the checkout when you have to pay at the bottom. And above all, tell your staff so that they are aware that you have to pay down!!! Scandal !!!
