This store is a joke. The manager is rude, dismissive, and unprofessional, and the staff clearly don’t care about customers. If you’re considering spending $1,000+ here, don’t—go anywhere else.

zero stars, bought a Apple 16 from them in May. ThAT stopped working. They would not honor the warranty. Told me to go the apple store in Denver . VERY bad service .

My husband needed a new phone and he called the store to make sure they had the one in stock he wanted. Angel called him back and confirmed he did. Went in that day and Angel took care of everything quick and efficiently! He was so friendly that we had our daughter go upgrade her phone a few days later while visiting us and Angel took great care of her as well!

What a nasty service this location has provide to us today. Unprofessional sales representative spread in the chair giving an unwelcome attitude. He rather sent us to call a 611 number because he probably had o have been having a bad day since only he knows when. How one of the most if not the most important cellphone companies can allow this type of service?

I went to the store on Saturday at 1:00 PM to get my free phone upgrade. My husband and I were the only customers in the store when we walked in, but the red-haired associate didn’t even acknowledge us. We sat down, expecting to be helped, but instead, he went to the back. When he came out a few minutes later, he walked toward the door and said, “I’m going to lunch, I’ll be back at 3.” He didn’t look at us or make any effort to communicate clearly, so at first, I wasn’t even sure he was talking to us.
Then, shockingly, he stood at the door, held it open with one hand, and literally waved us out with the other while saying, “Come on, I’m leaving,” as if we were in his way.
We ended up waiting in the parking lot and saw that he returned at 2:50. I’m going on a business trip soon, and since my phone is no longer functional, I had hoped to get everything taken care of that day. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to that store as long as that long-haired redhead is working there. The lack of professionalism and basic courtesy was unacceptable.

Staff working Wednesday June 18th at around 1 pm were some of the most helpful people I’ve worked with at a phone store. Saved the day for me in a time of need.

The website and google listing shows they close at 7:00 pm but that is not the case. I went in this evening at 5:45 and told them my phone was malfunctioning and I think i need a new one.
No questions were asked by the two guys in the store. They just looked at me like I was an idiot and told me they were closing and they couldn't help me. They said that getting a new phone takes an hour and twenty minute and there was no other customers in the store and two employees. I'm not sure why a normally 30 minute process or less would take two guys well over an hour.
I wonder if it is the same type of incompetence that would cause a store to advertise that they close at 7:00, but actually close at 6.
This is only one of several bad experiences I've had at this store.

Just left
Came in at 450 and a gentleman was working with a couple ladies
Other lady employee went in the back and never came back out
After 20 minutes ( I timed it ) not a hello we will be right with you or the lady in the back to acknowledge me at all
Nothing
I finally say to the guy is anybody else gonna help me? He goes just one second he goes in the back comes back out says yes she’ll be out in just a couple minutes. Another several minutes pass and he goes if you wanna come back tomorrow, we’ll have more people on. I said I’ve been here for 20 minutes before anybody even said anything to me and was expecting for the lady in the back to come out and deal with the customer, but I never got anything out of you guys except for right now when you’re telling me to come back. So I ended up waiting another five minutes or so to see if the lady was gonna come out the back of the store and it never happened. I left.
