About Keystone Lodge and Spa
Keystone Lodge and Spa is a convenient, upscale, and unique authentic lodge that makes repeat guests feel at home. It offers studios with kitchenettes equipped with what is needed. The hotel provides impressive views, especially from the outdoor pool, where the water remains very warm. Amenities include a heated pool, various jacuzzis, a large workout room, steam and dry sauna, and an outstanding spa with many experiences included in the daily fee, such as yoga. The slopes are nicely groomed, wide, and there are extensive easy trails. A shuttle service all over the resort is super convenient. The bar and restaurant have a real chef, and there is a deli with picnic charcuterie and gelato. The staff is noted as patient, empathetic, and kind. Some guests note the furniture is very old and shabby and hope for a convenient store inside. Located on a quaint lake, it is a quiet retreat for summer and winter.
The massage was alright. At the beginning I told him to focus of my calves and quads because I had just spent 4 days snowboarding. Our original plans at our Airbnb did not go as planned, and finding a last minute hotel was stressful. Keystone Lodge has patient and empathetic staff that helped us enjoy the rest of our trip. Ms. Nini was super kind and the best. John at the valet was super patient and kind, very hard workers! I would stay again!

Our room was very outdated and had dirty trim/wall and floorboards... Overall, it didn't feel like a 4-star hotel.
