The property management is dreadful, extreme lack of communication and when you finally get someone they will hang up on you.Property as a whole is beautiful unfortunately the people they chooose to management ruined the whole experience

What a joke. I waited till 7 pm for my door unlock instructions. In fact I hacked the code to get in before they sent me the code. I called , emailed, texted. No response. I had to hack into the system.I highly recommend Erich Meyerhoffer you fire your property managers. I love your place totally cool . Thanks Erich and adios PMI

We have been so happy with PMI (BBO) Property Managers for our rental home in Frisco for the past three years. The team is so responsive, and have helped out last minute if we have ever had any issues. Sometimes I have even made a mistake in my keeping of our property calendar up to date, and they have always been helpful and professional. The house is always clean, even after dogs are in tow with our guests. I highly recommend Nicole, Shana and the entire team.

I had a group of 6 couples that traveled in for a quick 5 day, 4 night ski trip to visit a property managed by PMI at 611 Oro Grande St, Dillon, CO 80435. This house was $5,700 for four nights. Upon arrival, one of the beds was broken, causing one of the couples to sleep on the floor for the duration of the stay. I contacted PMI after we left, looking for a $700 refund for the inconvenience caused to my group for our vacation. PMI indicated that I should have notified them during the trip, so that they could have come out to fix the bed. There was bad weather causing issues on the roads, as well as all of the other group responsibilities for a ski trip (securing rentals, grocery shopping, travel too and from the resort, etc.); I did not have time to notify PMI, nor did I think they would be able to resolve the issue timely given the condition of the roads. PMI has not responded to my emails timely, I have had to follow up multiple times. I have not been able to locate their business on the Dillon BBB. My recommendation would to be careful when booking with this Company, poor communication and bad business practices. You may end up paying $1,425 per night for a broken bed.

PMI managed short-term rentals for our cabin for three years. I appreciated that they were able to clean on the day of each renter's departure, allowing us to do a one-day turnarounds, so I'm awarding two stars instead of one. But there are many problems. They charge $60 to inspect the property after housekeeping completes their work. Supposedly that pays for them to look for damage or theft and make sure furnishings are returned to their original location. However, we were never notified of obvious damage following rentals and they paid no attention to our requests related to the arrangement of furnishings. In fact, our requests related to furnishings were treated with the same disdain as every other contact we had with this company. Their billing practices were also a concern. They would add charges to their invoices without any notice or discussion. If a renter called and asked them to provides services, we never found out until there was no chance of recovering those costs from the renter. Most recently they added a $55 for every rental for "trash removal". When we questioned this, the response was their typical disregard for us. Then we terminated our service because, at that point, they were charging $350 per rental. They had raised their prices without any agreement from us. Then they charged another $200 for early termination! (Termination of a price structure we had never agreed to.) Over the two years of experiencing their business practices and attitudes, I simply paid whatever they charge because I have no doubt these people would have put a lien on our property. This is a nasty business and I suggest that you stay away.
