Well, that was a disappointing experience, there’s so many beautiful pictures of nail art on here that I thought they would be able to do some on me, but when I was asking for it, she kept telling me it was too hard and seemed really annoyed, even though I told them nail art when I booked the appointment and was happy to pay whatever they wanted. It was way less intricate than most of what I’ve seen in the reviews here which makes me think they’re fake. Also it was super hot and with a chemical smell with the windows and doors closed. And when I went back an hour later, to ask if they could touch up the tips, which were already looking a little rough, they just told me they were too busy. What a bummer because the pictures on this Google page look amazing, but that was not what I experienced, which again makes me think that they’re fake

Julie did a fantastic job! I went in with a picture and she did better and listened to me about the color and length change I wanted !! Best nails Ive ever had! And super affordable! $75 (don’t forget your tip though) 10/10 would return and ask for Julie ✨💖

I don't usually leave reviews unless the service or product is either exceptionally good or exceptionally bad.
I had the best experience at Spa Nails this weekend, so I have to give them a 5 star review. I got a pedicure (the deluxe), and it was exceptionally good. My tech provided a quality experience by not rushing through any single part of the service. I came away with extremely refreshed and hydrated feet and legs, and I will certainly be treating myself in the future at this establishment. I will spare you the photo of my feet, but trust they are in much better shape than before.

Made an appointment at Spa Nails and everyone was busy when I arrived. I waited for 30 minutes and just got a “oh sorry, we are running a little behind.” Complete waste of my time! While I waited for my appointment I looked around and the place is dirty. Not going here again!

This was by far the dirtiest salon I’ve ever walked into. As soon as my sister and I walked in the door, we almost slipped because of the *thick* layer of acrylic dust, nail dust, who knows what other kind of dirt and dust covered the floor. Every time the pedicure, water drained the entire room filled with the smell of sewage. One of our nail technicians disappeared to the back and came out with a cheese grater. Several times the nail tech switched back and forth between clients with no gloves and/or without switching gloves. On top of all the grossness, the polish job was garbage.

Natalie is the best! She did a pink cat eye design on my nails and they are perfect! She has a detailed eye and is very talented at her trade. I’ll always come back to spa nails, it’s my favorite in the county.

My absolute favorite place to get my nails and toes done in summit county! I am always so pleased! Natalie is truly amazing, she is very friendly, her attention to detail and massages are the best! The entire staff is awesome! I can’t say enough wonderful things about Spa nails! For sure go check them out!

I’m a regular client here, I walked in a week or two ago. They told me 30 minute wait and it said it was okay so I waited. An hour passed I was still waiting, I was next in line when a customer walked in 30 minutes late to her appt but they still put her Infront of me when I had already been waiting for 1 hour and she was 30 minutes late. She told me she was 30 minutes late and I had already been waiting for 1 hour. Pretty rude. I come here every 4-6 weeks but unfortunately they are understaffed they do good work but I just wish they would be honest and say “we are completely booked for today” and I would’ve left right away and came back another day but I just went to another spa

I came in for a mani-pedi for my WEDDING, but the service was rushed in the end as they were trying to close early although they had a little over 3 hours to do it. Poor customer service and lack of professionalism!!! I need to go to another salon now to try to fix their mess ON MY TIME AND MONEY! They could care less how my nails would look on my wedding day; they were flat out rude! When I pointed out that one of my nails was still crooked after another technician tried to fix it for me, I was told in a very rude manner that my natural nail was crooked (which is not true) and not the acrylic nail they put on top. I have the right amount of sparkle on the right hand, but it is too much on the left hand and it almost looks like I had two diferent styles done on each hand. The pedi was also done poorly!
What should have been a happy day to have my nails done for the wedding, it turned out to be a disaster! DO NOT RECOMMEND, especially if you have an important event in your life!
