Summit County Landfill is a well-run and scenic facility. It offers an organized system for private vehicles to drop trash, recycling, hazardous waste, compost, and other products. The cost is low, with only $5 for a large bag of trash. Payment can be made with cash or credit card, though cash is faster. The employees provide super friendly and great customer service. The facility also includes a completely free public shooting range with multiple lanes for different firearms, free targets, ear plugs, and occasionally free gun locks. It is a great place with great prices for the area.
