Busted a Ride BOA boot lace late in the day on day 1 of our 2 day trip. Joseph replaced and upgraded my lace to prevent it from happing again. He was a true professiona! I was in and out of the store within 15 minutes! A+ service!

By far the best place I have rented from for my son. Very accommodating. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. We left something at the store by accident and they shipped it back to us free of charge. Customer service at its best!

Wow!! Big shoutout to Joe, Corey, and Scott and the rest of the staff at the location!! We came in with issues with our boots that we had gotten from another location and these guys were more than happy to help! Joe even freshly waxed our skis after fixing our bindings and helping us find better fitting boots! You don’t come across customer service like this often! Thanks guys!!

If you're looking for a great ski boot fitting team ... Look No further than Cody @ Dillon Sun and Ski ... I bought a pair of Tecnica ski boots three (3) years ago which needed to be refitted / adjusted for ankle pain. Cody took an hour today to get my Left boot's fit comfortable for this year's ski trip. Stating the obvious ... a good boot fit drives the quality and confidence of you skiing experience ... Thanks for squaring me up today Cody! ... Regards ... ES

Bryan saved my ski trip!This is the best Ski shop that I’ve visited, by far. I had gotten sized wrong at a different location and came here after a few days of painful skiing. Bryan was AMAZING. He helped get me swapped out for the correct size boots even with some difficulty. And was even willing to rush getting the skis adjusted an hour before closing for us so that we could ski the next day. I could not recommend this place any more, and if you stop by here you should 100% ask for Bryan because it will be the best customer service you’ll ever get.
