Rude and very unprofessional is a basic description of what you will get here. The manager himself leads by example.

This post office has lost two of my packages by giving them to people who are not me. I wish there was more top down support for this office, as it is a vital piece of this rural resort community where many community members have no other option.

You could literally drive to the Frisco post office and back before someone offers to help you here

Not a busy day. No one in line. I’m missing some mail so wanted to verify I’m using the correct address as this is my first P.O. Box. Got a literal eye roll and was asked “what do you want?” Showed the address and had my ID ready. Didn’t look at the address, didn’t look in the computer. Just goes, “that’s right” and walks away. I wish there was a way to get mail that wasn’t usps.

This post office is the worst post office I've ever been to. The employees working today were super rude and literally wouldn't even go look for my package, they said they sent it back cause it was there for over 14 days even tho the package wasn't even sent out to the post office 4 days ago. By the way they were acting it sounded more like they took my package and said they sent it back because the tracking number says it's at the post office currently. They need to be fired.

Went to the Post Office on 5/28/25 (not a holiday) and everything was closed. A hand written note had been hung up that said, “no idea if/when opening today? Sorry.” No other explanation was given. I could hear people’s voices talking from the back room. I was the only customer in the building. It’s seems like they were closed on a whim. I’ve had a PO Box here for five years, and I’ve never had a good experience. I wish there were literally any other option.

This post office needs more staff! It performs a mission critical job in the community, the people that work there do the best they can, but there's not enough of them. Today, even though it is supposed to open at 9am, it didn't open until 10:30am. That's a huge inconvenience for people who may not be able to wait around and then have to come back.
Worst Post Office service anywhere. Again, nothing to do with the limited staff that they have. It's a Senior Management failure.

The attention and racism towards foreigners is noticeable even to the delivery men who come to deliver packages.

The courteous staff at this USPS location was able to resolve my issue and locate a package which I was having trouble receiving.

Not open during open hours. Just guess when they might be open! Waste multiple trips trying to get your mail here. It’s fun!

I’ve seen and had multiple frustrating experiences at this post office specifically due to the guy with long red hair. He is consistently unhelpful, dismissive, and outright rude even to elderly customers and customers who go above and beyond to be polite and patient with him. Instead of providing even basic customer service and showing a minimal willingness to help you can instead find him staring at you in the most “I don’t care” body language, barely responding, consistently falling back on blaming a “system of revolving employees”, stating that the post office gets over 2000 pieces of mail a day and how could you expect him to help with that volume of mail, and telling people they’re wasting his/ their time. Even if he does decide to appear as though he’s being helpful, such as saying they will try and save a package from being returned, there has never been one instance where his assistance has resulted in the intended result such as relabeling a package or notifying the post master of an escalated concern. It seems he’s the only employee they have and the position seems incredibly difficult, but he is flat out miserable to interact with. I notice he is mentioned in multiple other reviews.
