Loaf 'N Jug is known for its kind staff and great coffee. Many customers appreciate the helpfulness of employees, especially in difficult situations, like car troubles. However, there have been complaints about poor customer service from one staff member. A positive experience was noted with another employee who was friendly and respectful. The coffee is a highlight for those visiting, especially for those working nearby. Overall, it is a unique spot that people look forward to visiting.
The bathroom is out of order half of the time.There is only 1 stall, so if there's a line you will be waiting for a while. Also no air freshening system so it smells upnthe whole store. They charge too much for coffee refills. We paid 4.25ish for 2 20oz refills. The parking lot is falling apart.
